Egg-fried rice with avocado <3
2 eggs 134cal
100g Basmati rice 117cal
45ml Light soy sauce 27cal
Small avocado 120cal
398cals total!
Recipe;
Cook rice according to package instructions (weigh 100g dry) then fluff and leave to the side to cool slightly.
Use a non-stick pan (no oil) and lightly scramble your egg before adding the cooked rice to your pan.
Slowly add your soy sauce until the rice is browned- fry for a further 5 minutes until the rice sticks to itself.
Plate up the rice and fry an egg in the same pan- add a little water once all the edges are all white so it crisps up nicely!
Thinly slice your avocado and add both the cooked egg and avocado on top, enjoy!
High protein and super filling to help promote weight loss! Perfect for OMAD <3

Can anybody suggest what I should be eating as a worsening ana lol. Volume eating low cal foods apparently is where it’s at but what does that include? I want to incorporate proteins bc I saw a post that if you lose muscle you’ll never get that skinny toned look and I’d actually cry if I got to my goal weight and still looked fat. Anyway pls comment any suggestions or feel free to Dm me :)

320 cal “Kitchen Sink Ramen”
Transcription: “Dinner: 1/2 block ramen (190 cal); 1 crab stick (20 cal); 1 sheet seaweed; 1 egg (70 cal); 1 tbsp peanut sauce (40 cal); =320 cal”
Ramen has been a major fear food of mine, but not any longer! Instead of a 370 cal package of just ramen itself with some salty seasoning, here you can enjoy a large bowl of ramen with all of the goodies and none of the guilt!
Directions:
- boil a pot of water
- peel 1 crab stick into thin strips
- throw 1/2 block ramen and crab into pot, until noodles are soft
- add seaweed and 1 tbsp peanut sauce
- top with a pan-fried egg
Note: leave water from the pot in the ramen for a more filling experience!
