"Hm?" His head perks up from his PSP, eyeing the other guy from the corner of his eyes.

"I was trying to play a game." And despite him having mocked his teammates for losing, he had just recently died for the fifth time in a row. "Damn it..."

Tooru has no intentions of moving away from their current position, he’s stuck onto Tsukki like glue. It’s all part of his affectionate nature ! “A game?” Comes his curious voice as he stares down at the PSP in Tsukki’s hands. His own pink PSP (a hand-me-down from his older sister) sits in his room, gathering dust. The setter knows next to nothing about video games, (Takeru has beaten him in every single round of Super Smash Brothers...) but he watches with adamant interest at the way the blond presses on the buttons to make his character move in response to the boss he’s fighting against. Just when it looks like victory's in reach, Tooru utters an ‘ooo’ sound when Tsukki's character gets taken down with one fatal swipe instead. Well, maybe he can help clear the level !! It doesn’t look too hard !

“Heeh~ this game has bested you, Tsu-chan?”

“Shall the great Oikawa-san give you a hand~??”

" kageyama holds an apron out to oikawa. it matches the one kageyama has on. he never thought there would be a day when they're baking together, but well-- here they are in kageyama's apartment. hopefully not setting the kitchen on fire. " here, lemme help. " kageyama circles around to help oikawa tie the apron on.

Tooru didn’t have all the ingredients, so they agreed to go to Tobio’s place. “Pardon the intrusion,” Oikawa called out as he entered Tobio’s single room apartment. He gracefully toed his shoes off and walked further inside, looking around. It made his brows raise to see that Tobio was living in a place like this, obviously meant for one person. Large brown hues flickered to where the younger setter stood and was already putting an apron on; it wasn’t his place to ask. Tooru walked over to him when another apron was offered, blinking curiously at it before putting it over his head. “Ah, Tobio, I can do it myself---” But Tobio’s hands were quicker, and as they grazed over his waist to grasp the apron ties, it tickled, making him nearly squeak. He looks over his shoulder when Tobio is done, the straps tied together in a neat bow to keep the matching apron secure on him. Somehow...this all felt rather domestic. Oikawa quickly pushed the thought out of his head and went to wash his hands. He was here for bread !! That’s all it was. Once their hands were washed, Tooru gently clapped them together and looked to his former kouhai, an inquisitive expression on his face.

“What’s next, Tobio-chan? I’m not sure where you keep everything.”

//in a ygo arc v verse, i can’t decide if i want tooru to be from the fusion dimension as part of the obelisk force in academia OR from the xyz dimension as part of the resistance.....i’m leaning more towards xyz wlejfnwlej some ideas for it is that he got saved from being carded by a fellow xyz duelist. he def has some trauma from it (and from the whole dimension invasion in general, fusion trampled xyz to rubble) but he vows to survive and get revenge. he hates the enemy’s summoning method, but incorporates fusion into his deck bc no matter what he has to survive he’d wear his resistance cloth as a bandana around his neck !
