Super cute leather cases and wallets created by fisherman_leather, using old 菓子型 kashigata designs.

Kashigata are molds used to make Japanese style sweets, especially rakugan (a type of higashi ie. dried candies), though they can also be used for more "moist" wagashi cakes. They can be made from cherry wood (木型 kigata), or ceramic, etc. Some are bit-size while others are quite big and detailed!

ADORABLE cat themed autumnal wagashi by Beniya entitled [neko no sanpomichi] or “cat stroll”. It has yokan (bean jelly) and red beans mimicing autumn leaves with an ukishima (steamed cake) iron-branded with tiny paws.
