“WATERSZN” by Chris Travis
When you become a certain stature of artist, you can sit back, tour a whole bunch, drop one dope project every six months to a year, and still have the cash rolling in. Chris Travis is that stature of artist now, and “WATERSZN” has all the 17 tracks he needs to support another extended period of selling concert tickets and merchandise to his dedicated fans. He’s no longer the project-every-two-months type of guy he was when he was coming up, and that’s the progression all aspiring rappers seek to attain.

one of my favorite albums of 2017, also, this is one of the few albums that is responsible for getting me on this new wave of hip hop. just as the name and album cover suggests, this a full album of nothing but fuckin wavy slaps.
beat selection is fire. features are minimal but quality.
also i was fortunate enough to be surprised by seeing these dudes at rolling loud performing under seshollowaterboyz. and that was the best hip hop set ive seen in the last 10 years. LIT.
