Vorsteiner set came in for reconditioning and color change. They arrived with some road damage and chipping. After stripping the original finish and repairing and cosmetic damage, they were put in the phosphate pre-wash to improve adhesion. Our coating tech applied the color coat of Highland Bronze. After curing, a layer of acrylic clear powder top coat finished the set. 2017 Mazda X5 set in for reconditioning & custom color change to @Prismaticpowders Illusion Red with Clear Vision polyester top coat. After removinging the old finish & repairing some curb kissed wheels, the set was pre-washed in our phosphate pre-treatment station to promote maximum adhesion. They were then powder coated with the dormant base coat followed by the top coat that triggers a chemical reaction to pull the dormant coloration out. 2021 Porsche Taycan Mission E set came in stock black. The client provided us with pearl white paint to match the vehicle body color (photo 7) The original finish was stripped down to the substrate and washed in a phosphate bath for maximum adhesion. We powder coated our black base coat, followed by adding the two-time affect with the vehicle match paint.
