I think @kennyomegasweave tagged me in this OTP meme like...months ago? And I just found it half-finished in my drafts and decided to actually get it done.

1. What ship were you completely obsessed with when you were a teenager, but now you don't care anymore? 20s, not my teens, but I used to be utterly obsessed with Jack/Kent from Check Please and now, IDEK what happened. I still love them, but I have old fic I saved and never read and can't bring myself to care anymore. IDK it makes me sad.

2. Which ship would you consider your first one? Hmm probably Betsy/Joe from the Betsy Tacy series or Anne/Gilbert from Anne of Green Gables? My first ships when I actually got into fandom were Sawyer/Kate and Sara/Grissom from CSI.

3. Your first fanfic belonged to which couple? Magnus/Alec!!! I never thought I would write fic and then I watched season 1 of Shadowhunters and banged out (lol) 7 fics and almost 30k of porn in less than 2 months in 2016. They all have an insane number of hits (like. the highest has 54,878 hits and the lowest has 15,836 hits.........) and I still get kudos on them almost every day, it's wild.

4. Do you remember the first couple you saw a fanart over? Genuinely no idea, but the first one in my fan art tag is Katniss/Peeta from 2012 <3

5. Did you ever get into ship discourse? My first instinct whenever I see someone talk about something I don't like is to mute/block, so perhaps not actively, but I'm sure I have at some point.

6. Did you used to have any no-otp or have it currently? LOL. Yes. I still fucking HATE Jack/Kate from Lost and always will. Also Dan/Blair from Gossip Girl. Lately...I'm such a multi-shipper but I gotta say Kate/Anthony from Bridgerton bc I've genuinely had to restrain myself from bitching about how much I hate them SO many times since s3 came out lol.

7. Who were the couple in the last fanfic you read? I finished a rewatch of Beyond Evil last night so I've been rereading some of my old bookmarks bc I've read almost everything that's out there 😔. Shout out to the masterpiece simple & clean by whir.

8. Currently, do you have any OTPs? So many!!! Taemin/Kai is still my #1, but also Juwon/Dongsik from Beyond Evil, PatPran from Bad Buddy (it took me several episodes to actually get into the show but once I did I cried...so much over them and how much they love each other LOL), KunTen from WayV, Louis/Lestat...I feel kinda bad that I don't have a major current f/f OTP but I'm literally checking my kpop tags multiple times a week for rule 63 fic and most of my current WIPs are rule 63 f/f so there's that. (Two KunTen including what hopefully is gonna be a long one, plus a Jigyu I started yesterday for a fest that I'm hoping I'll be able to get done - not because of the length, but because I've never written Seventeen before)

9. Is there any couple that, to this day, you are extremely mad about not getting together? So many??? I feel like I have to say Dean/Cas.......Lee/Kara never really got together so them for sure. Sawyer/Kate from Lost even though I 100% choose to believe they got together post-canon pre-flash-sideways. Oh my god I'm looking through my "forever bitter" tag and it's a lot of Cooper/Audrey from Twin Peaks as I expected, but I forgot about Mini/Franky from Skins. and ABSOLUTELY THEM. Everything about series 5 was terrible but that especially.

10. Is there any ship you used to dislike but now you think they are kind of interesting? IDK I feel like I don't usually change my mind like that. I wouldn't go as far as saying "kind of interesting" but I guess I don't hate Bree/Roger from Outlander AS much on the show as I did in the books lol.

11. Do you have any ship that, in the past, was considered normal but now you would be cancelled over? Hmm...Cesare/Lucrezia maybe? If not them almost definitely Norma/Dylan from Bates Motel LOL.

12. What was your favorite crack ship? I was gonna say I couldn't remember any that truly fit this definition, but then I remembered the Kent Parson/Claude Giroux series #dirtbags and that was great. Actually no my real answer is Syd/Richie from The Bear. Now *I* don't think it's a crackship but they have that vibe.

13. Who is the couple you read more fanfics of? Here's a side by side view of my most bookmarked ships vs the tags I have saved rn on my front page. Unfortunately you can only have 20 but I think it's a pretty good representation. (Other than the ENHA ship, where I legit don't know anything about them or frankly even what they look like, but that tag produces so much incredible unhinged porn that I read canon-blind.)

14. What most of your ships usually have in common? I feel like I have several different ~types, but: friends to lovers, I LOVE bicker-y couples, age gap relationships, especially when one of them is a mentor-ish figure, and power dynamics in general.

15. What do you absolutely hate in a ship? Nice Guy characters, whether they're a guy or a girl. The OG example is Xander (duh) and Chloe from Smallville but you also see it with characters like Sol on My Stand In...there's def more things I hate but that's one of most major ones for me.

In Stray Kids I ship you with... Jisung!

Jisung is WHIPPED. He is so in love with you being you. He loves your confidence, especially when you make a new outfit. Everyone feels your energy and it's so radiant and brilliant. You two are definitely head turners. Anytime someone asks him about you, he has a folder on his phone full of his favorite photos of you. When out in public he's always holding your hand, gently rubbing his thumb on the back of your hand. It's grounding for him, knowing you're there, but he knows how much you love it also.

He loves nights like that, him coming home late after work and being greated with the different scents of spices and aromas from your cooking. After dinner he pulls up a new movie he heard about to watch with you.

In Monsta X I ship you with... Jooheon!

Jooheon is the Playlist maker. He knows you have a ride range of music taste so anytime he hears a song that makes him think of you, he adds it to a list. He has Playlists based on different vibes. His favorite is "days as beautiful as you." Cheesy as if may be, whenever he listens to it he feels lighted because every song is about you. When he takes you on a ride around town, or walking listening to music together, he gets all giddy when you say you like the Playlist. He usually pushes down the little kid excitements, and instead tries to cooly put his arm around you. Definitely a "She even asked me for the time" moment

In NCT127 I ship you with... Taeyong!

Taeyong always makes sure to bring you flowers every Friday. On his walk home from work he passes a small flower shop so its quite perfect. The owners have gotten to know him pretty well over time from him coming in. They make sure to always give the freshest and fullest bouquets on hand for him to give you. When the flowers begin to die, you guys spend the evening pressing a few petals to preserve. He came up with the idea of saving them and hanging them up in picture frames and creating a scrap book of them. He always includes a photo he took of you two and the fun things that happened that week. He gets excited when he thinks about looking back on it in the future.

In Ateez I ship you with... Mingi!

Mingi is almost always glued to your hip. Not in an annoying over bearing boyfriend way, but a "this reminded me of you." Or "I missed you today, let's play games tonight." Way. He loves loves loves your fashion. During date outings he tries to match his outfit to yours. One day, he sees a beautiful set of earrings. You notice them too and even compliment them. They're a cool silver with chains and small crystal Bats hanging on the ends. He takes a mental note so he can buy them for you tomorrow.

In Exo I ship you with... Sehun!

Sehun is the guy to do everything for you. Opening doors, doing dishes after you cook dinner, making sure you're staying hydrated by bringing your water bottle, giving you a message after a long day, etc. He loves helping you in any way he can and also loves buying you new dresses and accessories. When you give Sehun a little fashion show and spin to show the dresses flow, his heart skips a beat every time. He smiles like a big cheesy goober but he will never admit that. He'll take your hand and spin you around just to keep seeing you giggle. It's his absolute favorite thing.

so, from your description, several people came into my mind: doyoung, taeyong, yuta, and renjun. i almost picked taeyong but i thought kun would be even better for you. you both have enough similarities that will make the relationship harmonious yet there are still enough differences that will help you both grow and learn from each other. i think you’re very intelligent and i thought you would find the relationship more fulfilling with someone who is just as intelligent and provide you mental and intellectual stimulation - someone you can learn lots of things from.

Most people’s first impression of me tends to be pretty unfavourable (??) and I’ve been told that I look very cold and unapproachable. Tbh, I’m just really shy and I don’t speak up a lot in front of other people because I’m afraid of saying the wrong things.

When people do get to know me, I can be pretty talkative and funny (according to my friends). I like to make people laugh, it just makes me feel really happy. I’m not a very affectionate person and my way of showing care isn’t very obvious? Like, it’s not easy for me to express my emotions and I’m kind of like a ‘tough love’ kind of person. I am pretty independent and am determined in my goals, I work hard and won’t give up easily. I can be impatient at times and a little short tempered but I don’t hold grudges.

I am generally pretty friendly to people unless they cross me (but I think this is the same for everyone lmao) but even then I find it difficult to be particularly mean to people or stand up against people sometimes. I love learning new things and some of my hobbies include reading, writing and dancing (have been dancing since I was 5). I’m not very ladylike and am more of a tomboy? Like my interests include things like wrestling and cars plus I don’t have a lot of interest in fashion and stuff like that. I’m into mystical stuff as well like astrology and tarot. I’ve also been told that I’m mature for my age and that I give good advice! If it helps, I’m an INTJ-T as well 😊

For NCT 127, I would ship you with Yuta. He’ll be really encouraging and give you the reassurance you needed when you’re unsure about something. It won’t be too obvious when he decides to show some skinship, but it’s mostly because you guys are in the company of the other members. He’ll casually have an arm around your shoulder or just gently brushing against your hand. Often times he would catch you jamming out to a song and just silently stare at you in adoration. For NCT Dream, I would ship you with Jeno. At first, he’d be a little shy and awkward with the idea of skinship, but after a while he’ll get accustomed to it. He’s extremely patient with you and gives you the proper space you need when you’re busy with something. If anything, he’ll listen to music with you and enjoy each other’s company.  

For WayV, I would ship you with Lucas. Be prepared to binge-watch multiple seasons of a T.V show all in one night with this one. He really likes having your attention and can be a huge cheese ball. You’d receive text messages from him randomly throughout the day with compliments and lame pick-up lines. Sometimes he’d send you a bunch of memes too. Maybe a few with you photoshopped into it. Hi there! I’ve been trying to speed run everything just to get to your ship! You’re an aussie too and I am mentally doing the apple bottom jeans tiktok dance thing to celebrate. I never find many Australian’s here and I just can’t help but get emotional. Anyways I put this under the “Custom Ship” category because this request kind of mixes some aspects of other ships. This was so much fun to do, you mentioned adding pictures and headcanons for your relationship. I will do both but to make sure you get the most out of your ship the boyfriend aesthetic images and stuff will be in a mini 5 pic moodboard so essentially you get a moodboard and a headcanon for each member I ship you with. By all means he isn’t against feeling an intense calm but he just never imagined that it would come to him in the form of a person, you have become the embodiment of such emotions. In a pavlovian style he associates your brown hair and brown/green eyes with an easy type of happiness.

For some reason Jaehyun’s maturity seems to be the most dominating in sense when it comes to his public persona, but we all know he is a covert fluffball. As cliche as it is he would look at you like you single-handedly hung the stars in the sky. He really sees someone that he would gladly spend the rest of his life with.

There is nothing quite as sensual as him lazily dragging his fingers across your side when you are too engrossed in dancing to even notice him. They would mimic the Eb major key of Psycho by Red Velvet, and when he starts to sway his hips with yours you know that you couldn’t possibly love him anymore than you already do.

The love the two of you share is always calm, the two of you just go with the flow. Jaehyun would never truly say no to you. When you approach him and ask if you could practice makeup on him he would resemble a gentle puppy as he sits cross legged on your shared bed. A wholesome couple thing that the two of you do is write short letters addressed to the other person and leave them around the house. Essentially, you will always be bombarded with Jaemin’s love in one way or another. Open the fridge, bam there is a neatly folded note taped to the milk. You go to the bathroom and there is a two sentence of love letter in your favourite shade of lipstick (don’t worry he promises to replace it). Honestly, Jaemin has so much love in his heart for you, these little notes are his way of getting it all out.

Ten can’t control his emotions, I mean he could if he really wanted to but why would he. It makes life fun, he thrives on this sort of excitement. That’s one thing you learnt in the earlier days of your relationship with him, he is eager to be in a relationship and it show. He is also someone who isn’t a huge fan of physical touch, he will only do it when it matters.

Pda aside he falls very quickly for people, I mean he wrote Paint Me Naked  when the two of you started dating. When you questioned him about the song he would passionately debate with you and say it wasn’t necessarily sexual, it was a metaphor, you know....because you like art? It’s not like he would ever ask you to paint him naked... according to him at least.

Ten is attracted to pretty things, this nerd would openly collect limited edition coins because he likes the way they look. He would have been attracted to people before, that’s nothing new, but you were on a whole other level. Ten is critical of everyone, except for you he literally can’t name one fault of yours. I mean he even has a fixation with your Australian accent, most of the time he has a slightly distant look when you ask him what the weather is today. The way you enunciate everything has him going absolutely crazy.

Ten doesn’t believe that he’s a lovesick fool when it comes to you, “I’m just admiring her, you know, like how you admire the Mona Lisa”.  The other WayV members wouldn’t have the energy to disagree with him, while the others flat out ignore him  Hendery would be brave and respond to him “Ohhh I get it, yeah she is like the Mona Lisa”. And that was definitely a wrong answer from Hendery, as soon as Ten heard that someone agrees he would spend the next hour talking about you. Positive Side: Lucas is a bit more on the extrovert side which easily work’s because he can help you blossom by opening up to him. Lucas can also be energetic at times which can also balance out in a sense matching your calm energy. this was genuinely one of the fastest choices i’ve ever made for a ship. i think you two would just be absolutely irrevocably perfect for one another. first, let me start off with the fact that you have what seems to be the cutest personality in existence and i know chittaphon would see that immediately. in any moment that you are shy, he will make sure to stand out for the both of you, often over-acting in order to help you warm up faster and be the playful and friendly self that you might keep hidden. i think that your styles would either match brilliantly or be a wonderful juxtaposition. I also think that he would be one of the people around you that doesn’t baby you. Chittaphon would be in love with the strength that you show when you are your most authentic self and so he not be too keen on babying you, instead opting to laugh at your awkward clumsiness and find it super endearing. ten is sometimes conflict driven so he is a bit of an instigator but will always come and apologise. i think that if you two have any fights he will most definitely get frustrated at the way you keep your cool, but inevitably it will help him grow and he’ll be grateful. he also never apologises first, but will totally feel awful the whole time lmfaoo. lastly, your love for art. this is something that you both share and that he will encourage whole heartedly. chittaphon will always ask you to take the pictures that he is going to post, and will always be snapping the worst ones of you (because those are his favorites) and he would love going to museums and small art districts with you for dates and his most favorite thing to do is draw with you. he loves spending time with you like that and finds it to be very intimate. he enjoys staring at you and finds it a challenge to capture your beauty. tbh he probably doodles you all the time.
