#they should invent a grad school thats not fucking insane#i'm hanging in there but im the most unwell i've been in AWhile#this week was just horrible#there was already the freezer food incident but it also started off with a very severe pain episode thats putting me in constant woe#even mundane motion has been agonizing which is McAwesome bc we had a lab inspection which involved moving hundreds of pounds of equipment#during which we found a blackwidow and rats which we had to deal with and was a whole thing psychologically on top of the physical toll#the new class fiasco is still popping off and i had to respond to at this point over 400 emails in the fleeting moments outside of lab#AND A STUDENT TRIED TO FINANCIALLY BRIBE THEIR WAY INTO THE CLASS ? ?? ?? ?????#then the instructor wanted to use me as a guinea pig and i had to test new circuit boards but I wasnt given any time to do so properly#i had to test them plus get them operational and deal with my incoming students all in a frantic 10 minute window#im in charge of running our meetings too but the instructor was interrupting and having side conversations that made it really hard-#to train the other people on the new equipment in a smooth manner#which meant that a bunch of people had to keep me after to ask questions which made me late for my drs appointment#where i found out i cant get the new covid vaccine bc my heart and blood levels arnt stable enough#and joanns lost an expensive+critical fabric order of mine+i had to give a big presentation this week on my research that was stressful#and my inbox is still blowing up from being needed all over the place between teaching lab and classes and yall i am. so so tired.#im in so much pain and so stressed out#debating the ethics of turning into a pile of lint to escape my responsibilities and mortal frame

#they're the best characters your honour#i feel so many ways about gansey and the pig#like you could say gansey (narratively speaking) serves as the vehicle for the story; despite the fact that he was supposed to die#and even tho the pig keeps breaking down gansey keeps forcing it to power through#just like how he forces himself to keep going even as his time is running out#i don't remember if this actually happens but the pig eventually runs on magic instead of its engine#which is a parallel to gansey being kept alive with magic (noah and cabeswater's sacrifice)#and as for crowley; I think the bentley embodies everything that he's trying to supress#we see this more clearly when aziraphale is driving it and it willingly lets him change its colour; the music; and the speed#i always found it interesting that whilst crowley keeps trying to convince aziraphale he's not the way he is bc he's a demon#he also uses his demonic aesthetics as something to hide behind; just like how his sunglasses act as a wall between him and everyone else#he lets aziraphale assume he's used a gun before and he leans into the whole “demons lie” rhetoric#and yet the bentley is the most honest version of him we get to see bc it exists without restrictions (aside from the ones crowley imposes)#anyways it's probably not that deep lol#gansey#crowley#good omens#trc#the bentley#the pig

#this is vee speaking#it could be honobono related is my initial thought#like we don’t know when honobono joined chuuoku right??? the timeline just specifies when nemu met her#and honobono while recently took over the police department she has probably been in charge of kotosarai for a long while#since ramuda is very wary of her and knows how she ticks so he’s had to have spent enough time with her to know how she operates#i wound up checking the six colours track and some of otome and ichijiku’s conversation in the beginning#kinda feels like they’re hinting at their own development work on something more than the true hypnosis mic?????#idk but otome asks ichijiku to keep rei out of the loop and says the true hypnosis mic as it is now is useless to her#and that could be in reference to the death penalty for using it lol#but i’m pretty sure she didn’t see how she could fully subjugate humanity with the mics#the true hypnosis mic can be wielded thru bonds and broken with bonds so it has a glaring ‘weakness’ on top of the death of user#so if there was plans to make a mic separate from the one rei developed maybe it was used in both these situations#lol or it’s that genbro’s comatose state was the first usage of the true hypnosis mic and that’s when they found out about the death of user#which prompted the ramuda project#and the with iojaku he was being used as a guinea pig as a form of torture#*shrugs* idk some just doesn’t feel right lol

Ok I also explored where my bisa and my tío and my cousins lived. I’ve never looked at a map or had their addresses but I do have a good sense of direction and a freaky memory for layouts and I think I found everyone’s homes and you can bet I’ve been absolutely weeping about every single one
#tío Juan turned his irrigation pool into a swimming pool. and you can tell cos it’s higher up and a funny shape#and he had a small amount of land for his goats and chickens etc#and a bigggg pine tree#and the garage was under the balcony#anyway I found that. I just clicked the local castle and searched the surroundings for land that matched#it’s definitely 100% his home#and my cousin lived very very close I remember the road to it doesn’t seem like a real road and you have to go through a tiny underpass#but he renovated a very old water mill. with no water. and it also has a lot of land#Also for his goats and pigs and dogs and cats#and cos it’s a unique building I found it easily#my other cousin was harder to find. I didn’t go there as often. they came to us more or met us at another house#but I remember it was higher up and at the end of a path#and there was a gate and some land to the left#I THINK I found it. almost everything matches up but the outside of the building looks a little different hmmmm#also I found my bisa’s flat. but it’s been the longest since we were there#cos she sold it and moved in with us when she got old#and all those flats near the beach look the same#but this one seems to have a hollow between buildings and there’s a square a little further up and I’m pretty sure that’s it#anyway I’m. im feeling better#being with my Spanish family is the only time I’ve ever ever felt loved#THEYRE all saved to my favourites now#Juan died a long while ago but my cousin Pablo lives there now#and he works the land and has a produce business#I need to go back I really do#Also . my snooping skills are incredible to figure this all out. obviously#same with finding my abuelas village#it’s so small it’s unmarked i just had to keep looking for groups of buildings until I found the right one#then I checked with her and I was right#my old town ik as well as where I live now so that was fine
