So my friend explained to me the big deal with thigh gaps... She said that it was because society made it a thing where girls are thought to be "prettier"

But... Aren't WE the society? I mean yea maybe the older people are as of right now... But in 10 years? When everyone is going to think their opinion doesn't matter as much? WE are the society, and society will be what WE make it... So why don't we make it something good? Something where people don't have to think they need to starve themselves to get a stupid 'thigh gap'?
