So delicious!! This is mine and my boyfriend’s new favourite dessert!

Raspberry Cloud Dessert - 103cals (Eat as is, or as a delicious fruit dip!)
Sugar free raspberry jell-o mix - 5g - 8c
Boiling water - 125ml
Cold water - 125ml
Co-op brand Light whipped topping ( or light Cool Whip) - 85g - 198c
Mix jell-o powder with boiling water and whisk until dissolved. Add cold water and whisk well. Add in cool whip and whisk until well combined. Pour mixture equally into two dishes (should be 165g in each serving) and cover. Refrigerate for a few hours to set, & enjoy!! 😊
*This recipe is 206cals total, but I split it into 2 servings, each being 103cals*
*You can make any flavour of this dessert, use any flavour of sugar free jell-o mix that you like! Use the same amount (5g)*

Hello🥗
Today was my bf and I’s two year anniversary !we went out to this really fancy Italian restaurant. I got my usual, a Diet Coke and a salad without the croutons and sauce on the siiide, It’s best to get the sauce on the side as sometimes it can make the salad really soggy. Bleh. The portion was so tiny I’m crying LOLOL. but like whatever obviously I’m not complaining. Tho was it worth 17$ ? Idkkkkk… they brought a basket of homemade bread to the table and I had a few bites of the white one. Oml it was SO tasty.
To end the dinner I paid for my bf to get dessert, he got a slice of cheesecake. I had a small bite, was really delectable.
Ik I’ve been asked to show what I eat so this was an instance of just dinner.

Breakfast:
1. Overnight oats with almond milk, chia seeds, sliced banana, and a drizzle of honey.
2. Whole grain cereal with skim milk, topped with mixed berries and a sprinkle of flaxseeds.
3. Veggie omelette made with bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms, served with whole grain toast.
4. Smoothie bowl with blended spinach, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, and a handful of granola.
Mid-Morning Snack:
1. Sliced cucumber and cherry tomatoes with hummus.
2. Rice cakes with avocado mash and a sprinkle of black pepper.
3. Cottage cheese with sliced strawberries and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
4. Whole grain crackers with tuna salad (made with Greek yogurt instead of mayo) and cucumber slices.
Lunch:
1. Quinoa salad with diced mango, black beans, diced bell peppers, and a lime vinaigrette dressing.
2. Whole wheat wrap filled with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, avocado, and mustard.
