Thank you @hypocriticaltypwriter for allowing me to draw Tiff, she is such a queen, I love her. You made her so stylish and unique and you can definitely tell she is Paul’s daughter.

As for Selena, I kinda thought it would be funny for two leather biker dads a preppy daughter who would paint the cave in pink glitter if she could. I did my best to go for an 80’s hairstyle, but wanted to give my own spin off of it. Selena would so love and look up to her big sister, look at that style!

I also wanted to give the vibe of “little sister taking big sisters things to be cool” and picturing Selena picking up the girls old bracelets and outfits to feel confident. Again, this was an absolute joy to draw! I can’t wait to see more of the lost girls AU!

"I am really trying, you know," he finally gets out.

"Trying what?"

"To be better," Viago says. Swallowing, once, before continuing. "But I do not think that will make up for years of being bad. I have realized that I am not a good person,” he sniffs, “and this is why I do not have any friends.”

Anton, clearly dismayed by this information, leans further forward.

“What? Where is this coming from?”

Viago shrugs sullenly, looking down at his hands. He idly drags his sharp nails across his palm.  

“Hey, man. I’m your friend.”

The vampire sinks further into his bedding. Despite Anton's apparent sincerity, he argues, “You are only doing it for the truce.”

“No,” the werewolf breathes, faintly at first, but then more commandingly, “No, Vi, you’ve got it all wrong. Maybe it started that way, but I'm your friend now, whether you like it or not. And look, you - just because you’ve done some bad things doesn’t mean you’re a bad person.”

Viago lets out a disdainful huff. “That sounds like a lie.”

“Nah, I’m serious, man. I mean, just the fact that you’re questioning yourself makes it clear your heart’s in the right place. Hey, look at me, mate,” Anton dips his head down, seeking to capture Viago’s gaze, “do you think I’m a bad person?”

The vampire stares at him, unable to look away, now. “No. Of course not.”

“But I’ve done bad things,” he admits ruefully. “I’ve… hurt people. I told you before that when I’m changed, I don’t have any control. But… what I didn't tell you is, I remember all of it. I remember all of it, Viago. And sure, most times it’s uneventful, but sometimes it’s… bad. And it’s taken me years, still takes me time now to remind myself that it’s not me, not really. And for you, it’s - kind of the same, isn't it? In fact, you have even more reason to do it, 'cause it's survival for you, Vi. Vampire or werewolf or whatever, sometimes we just... do bad things. But I don’t think that automatically makes us bad people.”

More Spooky Attorneys AU world-building! Because we have the basics for vampires and werewolves, and what kind of self-respecting millennial would I be if I didn’t cover the next big, obvious topic after that?

Werepires.

Aka, were-being/vampire hybrid.

Because I have Thoughts and no reason not to share. >U>

For starts, yes, they exist in this world, on the grounds of ‘cool and fun edgy.’ They can occur from a vampire and were-being having a kid together, one person getting simultaneously bitten by a vampire and a were-being, or by a vampire/were-being getting bitten by a member of the opposite grouping (though this is the least common cause, as such bites only really take and result in a werepire in ten percent of known cases).

Werepires have a kind of complicated situation, in that they get most of the benefits of vampires and were-beings, but also get some very specific downsides, too. They require blood to survive, but can also consume solid food without getting sick, though they’ll have any food allergies their were-being animal type has in every form they inhabit (ex: a werewolf werepire will always be severely allergic to chocolate). Their transformed state will always be very fast, strong, and sturdy, but they retain the vampiric allergy/sensitivity to sunlight (again in all forms). They have very keen senses in all of their forms, and when transformed are built for both ambush and pursuit, making them very keen hunters and trackers.

The main kicker, however, is that, while the majority of were-beings gains strength from moonlight to help power and ease their transformations, a nasty little quirk of werepire formatting is that the vampire-were-being combination does an unfortunate glitch on them to make exposure to sunlight what helps power their transformation. Paired with the aforementioned sunlight issues, this means werepires get a lot of benefits from being transformed, but that it generally takes a lot of energy and effort to go between forms. As a result, most werepires tend to remain in either their more creature form (which will generally be a good blend of humanoid, their were-being type, and bat (wings and flight capabilities always included)) or in a very humanoid form that makes it hard to distinguish them from a regular vampire. Which form they spend more time in varies due to personal preference and convenience.

Given that they have no form that makes them indistinguishable from an ordinary animal, werepires are not required to wear collars when transformed. Most of them do, however, wear medical bracelets detailing any allergies they may have in regards to food and medicine, since any they have are generally very severe.

(There are currently no werepires in the AA cast in this AU, but that could change real fast if someone makes a good case for a character who hasn’t been covered yet to be one!)

oh wow that is a very rare pair. I think that having Garth as a part of your ship automatically makes it way more wholesome :)

Now is this with werewolf Garth? or human/hunter Garth? Because I think thats a very important distinction. That really affects the vibe of the whole thing.

Either way I love Benny and I love Garth so why not with this ship <3

Lost Boys- Werepire/Vampwolves headcanons

So, as you know, I've gotten into the lost boy fandom. I made my oc Kyson and well, I think I've made it clear I ship em with the boys lol. But that got me thinking. If they ever were (most likely yes since I like making next-gen kids) to have kids, they would certainly be more than their parent's bargained for. So here are my werewolf/vampire hybrid headcanons!

Firstly, the birth. The parents can give birth to the babies naturally if they can, but surrogates are preferable as, understandably, carrying a hybrid is more weakening than a natural one. Therefore, a strong surrogate is usually the best route to go. There's a whole ceremony thing, but I still need to figure out the details of that.

They can be born either their human form or their wolf friend. So don't panic if either or ends up popping up. I say this because werewolves preferably like to go into labor in their wolf forms.

They can go out in the sun, however their skin is sensitive. They have to cover up. Think wearing a jacket on a really warm day, or something like that.

Fangs are definitely sharper, slightly more curved then a regular vampire. Good for hunting.

When in wolf form, their eyes are cat-like. And unlike normal vamps, their eyes don't turn yellow when they're in their full/"bloodlust" form. They just lighten more.

Their "were forms" are a mix between wolf and feline. While they have the normal werewolf behaviors, their claws are retractable and sharper, make cat-like sounds (hiss, yowl, chuff, trill, make a sound similar to a meow), and scratch to mark things as their territory, and the markings on their fur are more out there and catish.

A lot more feisty, definitely.

They prefer to hunt and drink the blood of animals rather then humans, much like their werewolf half. They only will hunt human's under dire circumstances.

Totally light on their feet. You barely hear they coming.

Their agility is faster then a werewolves, but slower then a vampires.

They are much smaller and more lean. An alpha werepire is the same size as an omega werewolf.

They can sleep in high places but they perfer to sleep on the ground.
