I came to Washington state in 1984! Seattle is my #1 hometown! Been reppin since day one. I was born in Greenville, South Carolina & lived a few places including Okinawa, Japan. My people are from North Carolina. I consider all of these places home. Greenville is my hometown! Bellingham is my current home & I’ve been in Whatcom county for 11 years! Only love could’ve kept me up this way. It’s beautiful country though! #djbmello #whatcom #seattle #washingtonstate #djlife #sonics #seahawks #everson #nooksack #deming https://www.instagram.com/p/Cnmh0KfJm91/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
-A guy dropped trou and started masturbating in front of an employee last night, when asked to leave he insisted he booked 2 nights. He left his room is an intact, but wholly bewildering state
-A guy whose card kept declining, with a room full of drugs, smut, and expensive D&D guidebooks got confrontational and had to be escorted off after his multi-day stay
-The owner of Boardworks on Railroad Ave started beating one of my coworkers who was outside smoking, for seemingly no reason and had to be physically pulled off by RSU
I know my gaming habit isn't particularly interesting to other people but I'm ridiculously excited for the new GW2 expansion + BG3 coming out in the same month. Trying to have dissertation thoughts and my brain is just !!!!!!!!!!
(I do also have a story idea I'm deeply excited about as well! I almost always write secondary-world fantasy but this concept—also fantasy—would be set in the Pacific Northwest, my home. Despite being set amidst disaster, the concept is at least partly a love letter to home: the evergreens, the Cascades, our stretch of the Pacific coast, the rainforests and wheat fields and fruit trees, the power of the Columbia, even the political/ecological links and conveniences that help smooth ordinary life between BC and OR.)
