Can you please give me a rundown on what the hell happened when HLVRAI first released and why everyone is scared of what the fandom will become if HL2VRAI actually happens? I got here a few months ago so I have no idea what the history of the fandom truly is.

Fandom space gets popular with children, children are dumb and know no boundires, a lot of pointless internet drama ensuses. It's also 2020 so it's even more pointed and pointless.

Some are afraid that the new series will bring these kind of folks back into the larger rtvs community. At least that's what i think.
