So today is housework day! I have been playing with my make up today, using an eyeshadow palette gifted to me by the lovely Angelique Halliday and i have to say to add some sparklers your day its the palette to use! I have this annoying anxiety niggly feeling today, I'm not sure what it is and I am trying to keep thinking what is causing me the most worry, once I can identify the problem, I can work on it to solve it. Do you ever that feeling in the pit of your stomach that you know something is bothering you but can't actually work out what it is. I don't want it to last all day, so if i can't get rid of it by staying active and getting on with jobs, i will do some Journalling to see if that helps, along with meditation and affirmations. Our whole existence is built on energy and vibration, and with my anxiety, it amplifies the sensations tenfold. So it's all about understanding and acceptance.
