a tiny pink nose twitched as it sniffed the treats. the familiar was used to sampling different foods over the years but nothing was as delicious as a fresh fruit or vegetable in his mind. it's also why he chose to remain mostly settled in the form of a rabbit though he could easily become anything he felt like being.

still, the bunny did find it silly that his master would have guilt over taking things that technically belonged to him in the first place. it didn't seem like that much chocolate to the little familiar. although; if he really wanted, Daisuke could always share with the Harada girls. specifically Riku.

Risa was nice, but always tried holding him. he didn't like how grabby she was. in order to express this thought he picked up one of the still wrapped bags that was about the size of him and dragging it up to the phone. ears flicking slightly as the rabbit thumped his foot down a few times before jumping back down to the pile of treats to grab a few cherry filled ones for himself.

KraD Hair rANT

So im trying to draw some dnangel sticker merch stuff and was trying to find some reference for the end of krads ponytail, and there are /no/ non-anime refs in my folder of Krads ponytail. Like, it really seems that [sugisaki] drew it when [krad] was first introduced and then got all embarrassed about it and never drew it again. Also in almost all the [fanart, anime] refs the hair-cross sort of... grows out of the end T_t. It looks so bad lmaooo. In the past i would have his hair twist around it to sort of make sense of it but that gets messy too. Wtf. And then i see this new chibi krad ref and ---

I KNEW IT. SHE WAS EMBARESSED OF IT. THE CROSS IS A STAR NOW!!! LMAO! Insane. It could be argued that it has something to do with the star mat but iiii dont think so. Cause theres NO other reference for it. In fact [sugisaki] gets rid of the ponytail half the time. She just didnt want that loaded shit on her merchable chibis xD but ill do it! Im not a coward!!! Loaded cross hair-growth here i come!!!! I know my audience!!!! Were not afraid of edgelord cringe. Oh my god will christuans be buying my merch? Coughs. lmao. Sugisakiiii *shakes fist*.

Also she gave dark a tattoo in the chibis. Oh my gooood lmao. Shit never makes sense. Also why does wiz look like that

     CHRISTMAS WAS ALWAYS SO vibrant, and though he didn’t celebrate it like some Servants did, he did enjoy the gift giving and receiving aspect. That, and the food was always pleasing as well. That too was something to look forward to if nothing else. Although he wasn’t surprised by the ‘Santas’ and their helpers going about giving out gifts to be opened later, he was surprised to see Daisuke had become one of them. ❝Hoh? How unexpected this is…and yet, it does fit you, I think.❞ He chuckled, granting them his full attention as they approached with a bright smile and reddened cheeks. Such an endearing child. Even the intensity of the sun would lessen in their presence, and it did. Pausing, he waited as Daisuke dug about in that seemingly bottomless sack, soon to tug out…ah…was that raspberry cheesecake? Golden eyes would have gleamed with joy…had the delicious treat not already been half-eaten. Rather than be disappointed or annoyed, instead, Ozymandias merely laughed. He laughed, and he laughed – head tilted back and sound so uproarious that anyone nearby must have wondered what it was that amused the Sun King so. It took a moment to regain his composure, large grin still tugging at his lips even as he wiped his eyes.

      ❝Quite the gift that you have brought me, Little Santa! I have not laughed like that in quite some time.❞ He chuckled, shaking his head and resting his hands upon his hips. ❝You need not apologize, Daisuke. This was pleasing enough for me.❞ He would have enjoyed a nice raspberry cheesecake with all its delicious sweetness, but this served just as well. Ozymandias would never forget the entertaining image of that small, rabbit-like creature looking like balloon. ❝I thank you for your hard work! It is not easy to please a king, after all.❞ Even if, truth be told, no matter what Daisuke might have given him, he would have accepted it in thanks and enthusiasm nonetheless.

partners was not strong enough of a word for what the two had become over the years. the centuries. no matter the form taken Wiz would know him blind and deaf. no matter the changes Wiz knew his soul as intimately as he knew his own. they were bound together in a way that was unshakable by any magic because their bond was not induced by any sorcery or dependence. their bond was of heart. Wiz could no sooner leave Dark and the Niwa's than the others could leave themselves. he was theirs as they where his. no words would ever do their bond justice and yet Wiz felt his heart ache to think for even a moment that all the other saw him as was just a 'partner'.

HARVEY AUGHHHHHH UR SO SMART!!!!!!! honestly dai wouldn't be a hardcore pokemon trainer (he's here to steal hearts not to win fights or become champion^tm) so he wouldn't have a fully decked out party. dai would LOATHE battling, he'd never want to do it, even if given dark's reputation he'd probably get flamethrowers and lightning bolts fired his way every other day or night. it's hard being dark. he'll still use his abilities to save other people because that's his whole thing but whatever.

in my head it was like - hilariously enough dark and wiz would be daisuke's only 'pokemon' and this was an immutable concept in my Brain, if i didn't go the legendary/fragment of giratina route then dark just would've been a gengar possessing the niwa line (to mirror the way dark's sometimes described as the infinitely repeating 'ghost' of the original niwa/ancestor) or a nightmare-curse from darkrai that bled into reality (not biblical/'creation' focused enough, esp on the hikari side of things.)

dark's not allowed to be human, ever, so why not make him just the weird human-infused product of the equivalent of vaguely-pokemon-satan already who has weird dimension hopping powers(dai n dark can already do that normally) and a cool edgelord aesthetic that has a gold torque just like one of their outfits. and wings. and territorial behavior with a sensitive side lmao or everybody wanting to 'seal' and lock them away for being chaotic/trouble makers aldkjaldkjf - anyways you get it! wiz and dark even within dnangel canon are supposed to be pretty unique weirdos already, wiz is more like shaymin status (a la there's only ever like One Around) which i also think suits him a little better than an eevee would too -

in canon the way that artworks fill up dai's house as dark collects them i can see him basically filling up his mansion with all sorts of pokemon that are only 'his' in a kind of a distant and territorial, royal sense- canonically he gets artworks that are / can turn into a small bird (towa, maybe a natu given the psychic/supernatural 'guide to eternity' thing she has going on, or a swablu/altaria since it fits her aesthetic more?) a snake, (or a gecko, that's argentine, there's plenty of pokemon for that,' and a whole ass dreameater-tapir for baku, (drowzee and musharna are both RIGHT THERE) so if we're going canon-wise, i'd give him those!!! i love him slowly building up his found family of little weird guys who he loves and who love HIM very much, + again it elevates the whole giratina fragment/noble ruler of another realm/burdened boyking bit. otherwise, i've always used a clefairy(not a clefable! not! a! clefable!) to represent daisuke and still a gengar to represent dark. dai just has a fairy type affinity in general alongside his normal type behavior since he's a fragmented fairy tale mc. give him a mimikyu or impidmp or something. if anything i think the ghost types as a whole fit dark very well too - mostly in lore.
