It would be really nice to find more information on auras and the elements (earth, wind, fire, water, etc) & like self care with them without finding info about pagan things and astrology and witchcraft and psychic stuff mixed in too. Natural auras exist. They are the electromagnetic fields around all of us. And I can pick up on and absorb and feel deeply the emotions from them because I’m an empath.

People have pointed out that Zuko goes from grunting a lot when fire bending to then being calmer and more fluid with his bending after meeting the dragons but no one has talked about Aang's air bending

In the first couple episodes he does this thing where he scrunches up his nose to do a big move with air, but by the end of the series he's pulling off theses amazing moves with little effort shown

nobody in their right mind will let me do this but I want to get in the water and try to mimic orca sounds at orcas in real time. I know I can do whistles and clicks underwater, and I need to see if

a) they would be loud enough for the orca to hear and

b) if it would freak them out

whether or not I get killed in this scenario is irrelevant. I need to see an orca as wigged out as a cat when you meow at it.

Golden Fleece

#my art #cotl #cotl lamb #blood #it was really fun to ponder this one #cause in the game sprite the body on the fleece has the scale-like texture but the hem is sharp like the standard fleece #i felt a 2 tiered piece would work nicely to show both of these contrasting elements #the sprite always makes me think of gold scale mail but i wanted to avoid it looking explicitly like armor #since the fleece gives you stacking atk damage in exchange of taking 2x damage when hit #although tbqh gold armor would be fucking pointless anyways. gold is a very soft metal. which may have been the point but w/e #instead i wanted the shapes to be more reminiscent of wool since like. yknow. the golden fleece #and i wanted it to speak of luxury and power but be rather impractical for movement or protection #i just wanted to do an axe for funsies and by wonderful coincidence remembered the godly axe was gold :]#anyways this pose is brought to you by my stupid ass who spun too hard with my upper body when swinging a bat and felt cool for 1 second #before totally unbalancing myself and falling #the instant after this image lambo eats shit. rest in peace

So, when I look up info about elements I find something about either witchcraft, zodiac, astrology, or something like that. Where can I find information that involves just simply and naturally connecting with them more as an element to benefit myself without finding something that involves things like that…? There has to be something. There has to be a way to separate simple elements from those type of things. I rather not get involved in that. Is there anything for Christians? Also for things like earth it mentions activities that I can’t really do since I have a chronic illness (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome with chronic pain & fatigue). I can’t go out and walk or do much of earthing with pokey stickers in the ground where I live. This isn’t meant to be offensive to anyone. I just want something tailored to me too.

I think a lot about Leo’s tendency to push his way into the spotlight despite clearly being a natural in the shadows. Hell, you could argue that his worst moments are when he’s forcing himself onstage, and his best are when he does things no one notices until it’s already been done.
