Once I stumbled upon a YT animated short "his gaze softened" (which was an animation meme at the time, I believe), and I really liked the idea. I also wanted to animate something easy, and since I was after a lot of long projects, this seemed short and fun enough to fill my days until I let my my creativity rest and select new drawings to continue.

But short project? An animation?? I don't know what I was thinking, especially because I rendered the sht out of this, but you'll see it later on :DD Although I have to give it to my past self, this was fun and easy, comparing to my other animations.

Color work in progress for Corythosaurus casuarius. For coloration I ended up going w/ a combo of a of a Steller's Jay and a Cassowary.
