Hey, for everyone saying xenogenders are chronically online: Today in psych class we talked about gender dysphoria and I got to illustrate my view of gender graphically. It looked like a venn diagram with four heavily overlapping circles - one of them was xenogender.
My class was ENTIRELY receptive to it. This receptiveness included a straight, cis, white, christian male who had never heard of it before. And he was totally cool with it! We even took two minutes going on about what our gender would be if we described it in xenic terms. My teacher said he'd be the point of a mountain that intersects with clouds in the sky. Another said a ball of lint. I said the ocean. Not one of us said it was "impossible" or "cringe" or any of that xenogender-phobic shit.
If you're xenogender you're valid. The world, the real, offline world thinks so too. What's "chronically online" and "cringe" is being full of hate.

trans people are some of the strongest, bravest people on this earth.
so much could go wrong. surgeries could be botched. your body could have bad reactions to treatment. your identity could be shrugged off as a joke. people could try to stop you from doing the things you love. they could relentlessly harass you. they could commit hate crimes against you and no one would bat an eye. people who you thought had loved you could turn against you. your government could try to write you out of existence. your entire community could despise you.
and you take that risk with a smile, all while looking absolutely gorgeous.
cause there is NO ONE more beautiful than someone who loves themself, is kind to the world, and freely expresses what truly makes them happy regardless of what others think.
i will fight to the death for your rights. i will not rest in peace until all trans and other queer people can live peacefully and happily without risk of being hurt for who they are.
i love you. trans rights are human rights.

Normalize xenogenders not being all cutesy and shit. Sure, the ones that do fit that description are valid ASF, it's just that people seem to get their panties in a twist when somebody makes a gender that isn't RainbowFlowerPup gender or something. They would probably try to cancel me after seeing The Section™️ in my hoard.
Some people are going to tie in dark things to their gender.

panadox / panadoxgender
[PT: panadox / panadoxgender. End PT.]
A gender in which the user feels that they are both all genders that they possibly can (pangender) and none (agender) simultaneously, in a way that feels like an unsolvable paradox to them. Both the pangender and agender labels feels simultaneously wrong and right to the user. This is most likely due to neurodivergences, but is not exclusive to neurodivergent people.
Pronunciation :
[PT: Pronunciation. End PT.]
Can be pronounced either as “pan-a-dox” or “pah-nah-dox”, both are simultaneously right and wrong.
Flag :
[PT: Flag. End PT.]
The flag is an optical illusion, in which cubes can be seen as either in front of each other or carved out of each other. It is a visual metaphor for the unsolvable and paradoxical nature of the gender. Both black and white are used because they are both considered the sum of all colors and its absence, depending in which field they are studied. The grey is used to show the area of uncertainty and overlap between everything and nothing. Both rotations of the flag are simultaneously right and wrong.
Etymology :
[PT: Etymology. End PT.]
Pan- : “all” in greek. In this case, comes from the pangender label.
A- : “not” in greek. In this case, comes from the agender label.
-Dox : Comes from the end of the word “paradox”.
Coincidentally, the “panadox” label is only one letter away from the word “paradox”, which works quite well.
Suggested pronouns :
[PT: Suggested pronouns. End PT.]
These are mostly based on vibe, feel free to use any pronouns you’d like.
eon/eons/eonself
dox/doxs/doxself
haze/hazes/hazeself
null/nulls/nullself
pulse/pulses/pulself
qualm/qualms/qualmself
sike/sikes/sikeself
thrill/thrills/thrillself
zeal/zealself
Similar terms :
[PT: Similar terms. End PT.]
For similar terms, I’d recommend looking into genderdox [link], panagender [link], and schrodigender [link].
Credits :
[PT: Credits. End PT.]
Feel free to use/repost, with or without credits. If you put it on a wiki tho, credits are very much appreciated.

[PT: Flag ID. End PT]
I have no idea how to describe these flags so help from @accessmogai (or anyone else) would be greatly appreciated.

I feel like xenogender sometimes falls under a certain category of “aesthetic” and not a gender identity or community
I’m xenic and I’m not saying it isn’t a gender, I just wish we talked more about the dysphoria of being xenogender or how expressing your xenogender identity by dressing a type of way may be “weird” to some people and how frustrating that is. I feel like that’s left in the dark.
I just need something to relate to when I’m feeling down about being xenogender because I feel like none of us talk about xenogenders outside of “look at this pretty new flag”
We need a sense of community that’s formed by honest words and not just the happy aesthetics the term was painted to be :/

[/ID: The Sillyaliengender flag. The flag has twelve stripes. The order of the stripes is a repeating semicircle pattern of deep blue which overlaps muted indigo, dark-ish aqua, a repeating semicircle pattern of turquoise which overlaps light almost-neon green, and white. The flag then mirrors the same pattern for the bottom half. In the middle of the flag is a light almost-neon green alien emoji, it has blue-ish green eyes and a dark blue-ish green outline. /End ID]

'I'm autistic and I understand gender!!' Cool, I'm autistic and also understand the concept of gender. However, my understanding of it may be considered 'atypical' due to the fact that perhaps I understand it more than the average allistic; I'm able to put two and two together that since gender is constructed, the way it presents can be abstract due to even the designated 'normal' boxes being abstract. And you know what? Some people may even classify my understanding as a lack of understanding because I don't see the societal construct as a rigid box with rules.
It's almost like autistic people aren't a fucking monolith; some autists will understand gender in a way that aligns with societal expectations, some will have a different understanding of gender, and some of us will just downright not understand it at all. Get your head out of your ass and realize the people who want autistic people dead, the ones who see us as lesser beings, don't care if you're a 'normal' gender or plantgender. The problem with us, in their eyes, is that we're not allistic. Simple as that.

NEUROXENINE
Tumblr media Tumblr media
When one's neurotype, mental illness, or neurological conditions affect how they view their gender so they use xenogenders, or one's neurogender(s) is intertwined with their xenogender(s), or its the reason why one may be xenic. There is no wrong or right way to use this label!

hey my dear humans!
i just want to tell y'all that emojiself pronouns are just so cool and if you use them you're also cool and valid as fuck!
don't let other people tell you that you're "mocking" trans people because of the pronouns you use.
like can't y'all understand that pronouns are literally just a word that we use instead of your name because this way we don't have to repeat it constantly or because we don't even know your name?
also does someone using pronouns you're not familiar with hurt you? is it that difficult to use? can't you waist 5 min of your life learning about them so you can respect people?
also don't forget that emojiself pronouns are meant to be used online only! also most of people who use them use other pronouns as well. same goes with neopronouns, nounself pronouns, etc. people who use them also use other pronouns.
just respect people's pronouns ffs!
have a great day :)
