My personal take on the "which Yugi is taller" discourse is that they're the same height, but Yugi limps due to being injured so often. The spirit has a less powerful connection to his body, feels less of the pain, and therefore stands up straight. Atem is somewhere in the middle (healthy but slumps when he's not doing kingly duties)
