Now I’m just imagining the world’s most dysfunctional polycule 😂😭 Erik is utterly incapable of sharing his Darling, but let’s suspend our disbelief to say— even outside of that, these two would wanna kill each other so damn badly lol.

When Thorn was a student, she was a real displeasure to have in class. Always talking loudly, interrupting people, doing class clown type shit (albeit without the popularity that usually comes with such antics… maybe due to her alternative fashion sense, occasional violence, or lack of social skills). Thorn would have pissed Erik off so badly as a student, all wrinkled songbooks, sparks of genuinely good playing that are quickly overtaken by purposefully going off-key for shits and giggles, and begging them constantly to give her credit for late assignments. Entirely immature and unbecoming of a young professional, if you ask Erik. If you ask Thorn, Erik’s just an uptight asshole who probably hasn’t had a day of fun in his whole sad life. She might be cringe, but she is free! She finds Erik’s pursuit of respectability to be pathetic. Erik probably gives up on instruction and fails her out on purpose, hoping she’ll never take a class from them again. Hell, he probably got an ulcer from the stress of dealing with Thorn and constantly popping ibuprofens for the headaches she brought him. They definitely both fantasized about hatefucking, but ultimately Thorn couldn’t be assed to initiate, and even if she had, Erik wouldn’t trust her not to “kiss and tell,” so for his reputation as a professor, he’d have to refuse anything with most students anyway.

I do think it would be really funny if Thorn stole Erik’s Darling right out from under his nose. Erik would absolutely not consider her a threat to take seriously until it was already too late.

Ok, there's quite a bit I can say about Elliott but here's the TL;DR. This man either looks like he hopped off of a romance novel cover, or like a toddler who just discovered what patterns are. @upsidedownpizzabite made a really cute piece of him wearing a lobster shirt and I've never seen anything more correct in my life

As for the long answer, first of all, no, I'm a vanilla girly so I've never played it, though I have watched it be played and I really like it. He absolutely send you letters through the guise of a secret admirer even though the town is so small you can track it back to him. That bit were if you're dating another villager and he sends you a wilted bouquet in the mail? Jaw dropping, I love that shit so much so it's staying with my Elliott

I'd say the main thing that differs is that my Elliott is a total girlfail. Do not leave this man alone in the kitchen, he will create something radioactive. Rich kid energy, he does not know what the fuck he's doing most of the time but goes in with such bravado you assume he's been doing whatever it is for years

His yandere tendencies start as soon as you meet him, he's convinced it's love at first sight and that he must court you before anyone else in the valley can ruin you. Is fine with you hanging out with people like Penny or Harvey but if he catches you with Shane, Emily or Alex he whisks you away, afraid they'll "taint your purity" Of course this man has a purity kink, what did you expect? Now he's also super into a rough and tumble farmer stealing his purity, he'll "fight back" of course but he's just no match for your big strong farmer build

Trey (he's one of my faves...he's a fun, older brother type but there's also the more subtly vindictive or petty parts of himself that can turn sinister....)

Rook (i can relate to how he admires beauty tbh. genuinely i do find him inspiring in terms of finding beauty in everything and i think writing him makes me fall in love with life just a little bit more <3)

Azul (also a pathetic loser but also a chara that i have a pretty firm grasp on!)

Riddle (my precious love...i do have a soft spot for his character and i love writing him tbh)

Vil (another chara i can relate a lot with tbh. i get it . lowk i get kinda insane if i think about him too much ahsidf)

opinion on ribbun (jax x gangle)?

I don't like/love it. For me personally, due to my past trauma/PTSD from being bullied in elementary and middle school (it was bad; both verbal and sexual harassment), it is TOO triggering for me bc I hate how jax, an asshole (i love him, ngl), is picking on gangle, a girl who's a shy wet rag of a woman (in an affectionate way, also cuz I love girlfails/girl-losers). Ik that ship thrives on them being either like joker and Harley or that jax is an asshole but with a heart--I just hate how the ship is portrayed.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE dark-centered ships. Including ones that are yandere (coping ship mechanism for my BPD), sadodere and masodere, ships with murderers and slashers, and ones with villains. Especially in ones with gay/lesbian couples or "women who wear the pants in the relationship" type, but I draw the line with straight women being abused by men. Period. You can call me a hypocrite, sure, but I have boundaries with ships. But when it's a woman getting abused by a man, I want her to take revenge and escape her abuser and/or also either kill him or beat the shit out of him so she can be independent. Ik some women can't escape their abusers for various and realistic reasons, especially in fictional media.

Additionally, I also know that some women also thrive on these ships as a coping mechanism too, for their fair share of trauma. Everyone has a different boundary or coping for their trauma and I love and respect that as well. For my mechanism, I love when victims stand up against their abusers (Like Angel Dust did w/ Valentino during "Welcome to Heaven"; and Fizzarolli with Mammon in "Mammon's Magnificent Musical Mid-Season Special" from S2 EP7) including Harley being independent and breaking up with Joker in the movie "Harley Quinn: Birds of Prey" and in her animated series "Harley Quinn" where she also broke up with him; there was also a DC comic where she also beat up the Joker (you go girl). I also love when their current partners are willing to throw down a fight (like Asmodeus) or go on a killing spree just to protect their lovers from abusive exes or enemies (I'm like that, too, seriously: like, if my girlfriend were to tell me about her abusive ex I'll be like "Give me a name, their address, and I'll be over there to break their kneecaps and sell their vital organs to the black market 4U." Yes, I am that type of yandere, lol).

However, I'm not negative towards ribbun shippers at all. Sure, I dislike the ship, but I don't dislike them. Plus I already avoid ribbun posts and tags so I'm already good. Sorry for the rant, anon, just venting a bit on my personal opinion--but thanks for wanting to know a ship I like/dislike. /gen

Plays Valorant, TF2, GTA, Gmod, CoD, pretty much any team game or PvP game. Her only hobby and passion in life is trolling people in those games and probably also on Reddit.

She has at least one pet ferret, whom she loves more than she loves any person (except you…. Maybe), and that ferret is probably the only reason she keeps her house even a little organized (otherwise she’s scared the ferret would eat trash off the floor and get sick). Her car on the other hand IS pretty much a rolling dumpster.

No goals, no aspirations, just waking up, pissing people off online, and then going back to sleep. Only drinks caffeine and alcohol tbh.

She, like Erik, is not a very nice person. She’s got a little pick-me energy, a little NLOG energy, a lot of mean-spirited troll energy, and feels like the world owes her something big. That something ends up being you, of course.

In another post I mentioned that she would try to burn the tip of her tongue like the scene in Jennifer’s body but freak out and nearly throw up afterwards.

She is similar when it comes to disposing of opponents. She tries to make her kills quick and clean but always seems to leave them groaning in pain on the floor instead. On some level she enjoys that, but on some other it makes her gag again so it takes forever for her to clean up properly.

random inquiry but that post about a boundary respecting kidnapper yan (i absolutely love the concept btw... literally the purest form of love ever 😭) made me think... which ocs of yours would fit into it? i think Mika is like the first one that comes to my mind? he seems like way too timid to impose themselves on her darling? other than the whole "killing them and bringing them back as a ghost" thing lol. Wisteria would probably not really care much about this (since she kind of just drugs her darling on one of the fics to better hold them in her arms 😳). You’re definitely right about Mika, Wisteria, and Thorn! Mika would be more timid about personal space. Wisteria knows she ought to give you more space but just… can’t bring faeself to. Thorn has no real concept of boundaries and personal space, in either direction.

The yandere that I think of the most for this so far has to be Marcus, the therapist. He oversteps mental and emotional boundaries with a practiced expertise, generally subtle enough to not set off any alarms in your mind, but is very careful to respect your physical boundaries and personal space, even after kidnapping you. Although he has a vested interest in coaxing you to disregard your own boundaries and let him in sooner rather than later ;)
