Honestly at first he acts like he isn’t interested and thinks it’s the stupidest thing ever. Like he’ll literally be like “Ew why do you watch this stuff, it’s so corny” (and lukewarm). He usually watches horror movies/shows so romance  k-dramas never really appealed to him. 

However, the more you watched them…the more interested he would get. He’s slowly but surely start to learn the story and end up watching with you, but when you tease him about it, he goes “ugh no, I don’t even care about this stupid show.” But he continues to binge it with you.

Then he also  gets upset when you watch it without him. (But he won’t ever admit that). Also, I can see him getting jealous of the main/2nd lead of the drama if you gush over them, or anyone in the show for that matter. He’d be like “if you like them so much why don’t you go to Korea and date them instead??” 💀💀

Deep down, he really does enjoy watching the show with you and he’d want to recreate some of the cute moments in the show. (He would never tell you tho). Honestly, I can see him silently fangirling when the 2 main love interest finally get together and they’re all happy. 

He also likes cuddling with you when you guys are watching, it makes him feel so safe and secure. When the main couple kisses on screen or anything, he’ll get all flustered and would want to kiss you in the moment too <3

This man definitely watches k-dramas. Probably a big fan of them too. I can definitely imagine him watching them with his sister and them bonding over that.

Anyways, he probably has a cute lil movie night set up when you watch together. Like there’s snacks, a blanket, and tons of cuddling. I can also see you guys doing face masks (the skincare kind lol) while watching too. He’d also buy the skincare and makeup products they have in the show too. 

He’s also probably gonna talk to you a lot about the drama if he particularly likes it. He definitely follows the actors on insta and stalks them. (You stalk them together).  He definitely also takes tons of inspiration from the outfits, makeup, and accessories from the show, he’d probably get you both matching stuff. Or maybe similar clothes to the main couple! 

Also, if you fall for anyone in the show, he’s gonna tease you about it, he’ll be like “awww what? Am I not pretty enough for you? Honestly, he’ll definitely watch with you, but not cuz he likes it too (he does), but to learn from it. 

He’s the type of boyfriend that would want to be perfect for you, to meet your standards and well, to be your #1 (my heart ughh ). Out of all the guys,I feel like he’d be like the most like a k-drama love interest. He’s a gentleman, sweet, definitely popular with the ladies, and handsome. He definitely brags to you how you guys are basically a k-drama couple. 

Anyways, I can see him trying to learn about the drama so he can talk with you if you’re super interested in it. He’d take time to really know the story and know the characters. Like he’ll surprise you cuz he knows so much, maybe even more than you. 

If you’re gushing over any of the characters, he might start doing stuff the characters did to make you blush. Like for example, if the main couple went on a picnic, then he’ll take you on a picnic date. He’d tease you if you fall for someone in the show. He’d say something like “Ah, I see. That’s why you chose me right? Cuz I’m just like them? Hm?” (Crying rn hes so hot) 

Also, I can imagine him trying to model for Korean companies that the actors model after watching, just in case he can meet one of them! He’d also probably take inspiration from the outfits in the show like Chigiri.  You guys would definitely look like a k-drama power couple together <333

I can see him totally being invested! He’d be so excited to watch with you and check it out. He’s so open to watch new shows, especially if you like them! 

He’ll probably be super Interested and can’t wait to watch it with you. It’s like a little thing you guys do in your free time. He’s always so happy  to watch it with you. He would also force you to watch it with him if you guys were left on a cliff hanger. If you have work he’d go “why don’t you take a break? We can watch our show!” He probably gets you off track 💀💀

He loves cuddling and holding you closer when something cute happens and would probably be gushing with you. He’d be like “awwww baby~ they’re so cute aren’t they? Just like us ;)”

He only likes it because he can relax and cuddle with you 😭😭. All he wants to do while you watch is be in your arms or vice versa. He’d probably be playing games while you watch. Like it’s all emotional and sad and all there’s his video game noise in the background. •_• 

However, he’d make it really comfortable and be chilling while you watch. Probably resting his head on your shoulder or lap. He’ll look at the TV screen every once in a while but he won’t rlly say anything. 

Overtime, just like Rin, he’ll slowly get invested too. He’s pretty chill about it though and would probably be like “oh. They got together? Cool.” If any of the characters do something embarrassing, he’d call them cringy and have second hand embarrassment. 

I can see him watching the show without you if you’re busy. When you ask him why he didn’t wait for you he’d say “it’s a hassle to go and ask you” 😭. I feel like he’d be kind of a menace and when he gets invested, it’s all he’s watching, he would most definitely watch ahead of you.

If you fall for a character he’d probably be annoyed but won’t rlly show it. He’ll start doing chores around the house or just do more for you just to show that he’s better than said character. He’ll hold you super close during a romantic scene and definitely likes watching with you. (Ugh I love him)  <333

He’s probably already heard and know of K-dramas, but since his parents are strict, he’s never watched any. He’d be open to try watching them with you and be super curious about the shows too. 

Honestly right off the bat, he’s be invested and like watching with you. He’s also super fun to watch the show with. Like he’d giggle at the cute interactions of the couples, scoff if the main character makes a stupid decision, and so on. 

He really gets into the show and I can imagine him buying you guys cute merch (if there is any). He’d love going on similar dates of the couples and recreating cute moments. Or if you guys visit Korea, he’d want to go to the places in the show. 

(Okay this next part is kinda sad but-) 

I can see him being sad with you if something goes wrong in the show. Sometimes there’s moments in the show where the couple breaks up because of the parents. That’s Hiori’s worst fear. Having to loose you because of his parents. He hates the thought of it and it hurts him so much. 

However, the characters always get back together. So, if fictional characters can fight for who the love, he can too. He would literally leave his parents for because unlike them, you actually love him. He loves romantic moments in the show, when one of the character A says how much they’re in love with character B and just stare at them with so much love. Ugh, it perfectly describes how he feels for you, he loves you so so much. (He’s so adorable) <33333

he’s in denial central when he realizes he likes you. it’s not that he doesn’t want to like you, it’s more of that he doesn’t know if he can handle his own fondness. chigiri’s self-aware, he isn’t exactly the lead of a romance drama.

the redhead blushes as fast as he runs when you’re around, especially if it’s under the circumstance that you’re close to him physically.

he dies inside every time you touch his hair, in the best way! he secretly wants you to braid it, he can’t say so just yet- or maybe ever.

he’s way more gentle with you, his words aren’t as brash. his sharp remarks lose their meaning when you’re there.

he goes at a slower pace too, literally. when you two walk together, he slows down his strides so you can catch up. it makes him smile to himself whenever he sees you running to reach him.

god he’s in deep, he realizes. he wouldn’t do anything he’s done previously if it wasn’t the case.

despite him believing that he isn’t one for being lovey-dovey-, his confession is nothing short of romantic.

he waits until winter, inviting you out to a cafe. you think he’s sick from how red he is; you worry as you two sit down at a table.

your orders are taken down after, and a silence makes its appearance for a time.

”chigiri, why’d you invite me out? is there a special occasion?” you try to laugh the awkwardness off, what was going on?

he slides you an envelope, looking into your eyes for the first time that day.

hiori doesn’t really know what to do with himself. all his life, his parents made him focus on football, on being first place. he barely had time for friends, much less crushes.

that was before you, at least. he had played a romance simulator or two in his life- and he could definitely understand that he was experiencing the same as what the mc would to the female lead he had chosen.

the boy becomes way more talkative around you, conversations are filled with his favorite games, and your hobbies.

he makes you his player two, always. enemy players in games can’t scratch you with hiori there. 

even his heart opens up to you after awhile, slowly but surely; you’re the first person he talks to about his parents. he was yours already, but the way you comforted him made his feelings absolute.

he confesses the day after that.

he’s had enough pressure for a lifetime- but that heavy burden disappears with you, his worries fading after each gaming session and late night video call. hiori is already a soft person, spending time with you makes him melt into a (very cute) puddle of affection.

he confesses while you two are playing together, pausing his game to admire you. focused as you were, you look back at him when you feel his eyes on you.

your phone is taken out of your hands, as he takes them both into his instead. for the first time, he is determined about something, and it’s his choice. he needed to be closer, he needed to be with you. praises for being a football genius, rewards after completing quests from games- they all paled in comparison.

“hey y/n, i like ya’. i’ve never been more sure of anything.” his eyes gleamed with love for you, but that confession could wait for another time.

isagi yoichi

one of the few who reacts quite well to how he feels, he has no problems besides planning his confession, honestly. isagi is happy to like you, why wouldn’t he be? it’s you, you’re amazing.

ever observant, he memorizes your favorite things by heart.

you want a snack? it’s already on your table. you want music to listen to while studying? it’s already playing through your shared earphones. he keeps track of everything that makes you smile.

he really hopes that he’s one of those things- prays, actually.

when he talks to you, he has to stop himself from smiling too hard. it makes him look funny, an expression on his face which mixes happiness and restraint. you don’t quite get why, was something wrong?

he’s the type to punch the air in the comfort of his room; he whines into his pillow about things he could’ve done to appear smoother, and more likable.

isagi confesses after school, a note with his handwriting attached inside your locker, calling you to meet him.

”back of the building - i.y”

the boy prepares everything, a bouquet of your favorite flowers, and favorite snacks in his arms. he had a script of all he wanted to say originally, but ended up confessing without it. it felt right that way.

he stutters a lot, owning a completely honest, and affectionate heart. the message he was trying to convey was very sweet, very apparent.

”i-i really like you. please go out with me... if it’s not any trouble?” his head almost hits the floor when he bows.

mikage reo

the mikage is quite enlightened by his crush on you, he likes how it feels. however, he does encounter a problem.

many fics tackle this, and i happen to agree. the guy doesn’t know how to show he likes you without bringing his credit card out every time you want to buy something.

it starts off that way even, he has ears everywhere. he gets your friends to tell him about the things you’ve been eyeing, idols you listen to, clothes you want to wear- and more. they’re on board with the two of you being together, for sure, so they help.

eyes are on you every time you go to school, because a new package sits on your desk that you believe costs more than you.

you confront reo about it. (because who else has that kind of money?) he expects you to be happy about the gifts, which you partially are, in all honesty. you thank him for his kindness, firstly.

but he what he doesn’t predict, is you asking him to stop. were you actually worried that he was breaking bank?

though gift giving is his primary love language, a close second happens to be acts of service. you don’t have to lift a finger with him, he makes sure of it.

you seem to blush at his actions way more than at the gifts- it’s a win in his books.

so, because of that, reo confesses in a manner that’s rather simple for the heir’s usual style. he takes you out to a park. lights are hung from a tree, and a picnic is set up under the shade. reo has always been a romantic, to be fair.

”be mine? i’ll take care of you, i promise.”

nagi seishiro

he doesn’t even realize he likes you, until reo catches him acting differently. nagi thinks he’s sick at first, not understanding the sweaty hands and fast heartbeat he had when you’re near.

when reo explains to him that he doesn’t in fact have a disease, but a crush instead- he has the biggest “oh” moment.

okay, so he was interested in you. that being said, all the advice he gets comes from either his best friend or the internet; he literally has zero personal experience. though labeled a genius, he feels somewhat hopeless with everything.

it isn’t a pain though, surprisingly. because you aren’t a pain, not even close. nagi figures out his feelings himself after he realizes this.

crushing, he becomes increasingly clingy. he doesn’t leave your side unless completely necessary, a heavy koala on your back at all times.

he complains when he can’t see you, pouting like a child. (reo deals with all this. he sincerely hopes you two get together already, since his best friend has become even more reluctant to play football.)

the boy talks about you to his cactus, enough said.

liking you results to one of the rare moments when he moves on his own accord. he needed to say it.

the confession is sudden, a spur of the moment. while you definitely aren’t a hassle, the uncomfortable tightness in his chest, is. he wanted to get rid of the strange annoyance.

waiting on reo to finish a call, the two of you are on your phones. you couldn’t have been less prepared for the words that would come out of his mouth, moments later.

”y/n?” he almost whispers your name. “hm?”

”i like you.” time stops, and you ask him to repeat his statement. nagi does, loud and clear.

Aiku neglects you. He puts very little effort into entertaining you. Not even because you’re low maintenance, but just because he gets lazy and inconsiderate. You kinda feel ignored, and it’s hard when you see how he likes to make other girls believe they have a chance with him. Maybe he’s keeping open options for himself. 

Niko is sneakily dogmatic. He low-key believes he found the answer of life, so everything he does is the ‘best’ way possible. Sometimes things will be completely subjective but he’ll try to change your mind, by any ways possible: paralogisms, guilt-tripping or straight up boring scientific facts. If it’s the ‘absolute-most-efficient way of cutting an apple’, you won’t mind, but sometimes it comes to more touchy subjects, like the place of women in society ;). And you hate how he secretly tries to push an agenda on you. 

Hiori infantilizes you. Not necessarily in a patronizing, condescending i-know-better-than-you way, but in a i’ll-guide-you way. He tends to baby talk to you and take decisions on your behalf. He likes to know everyone's whereabouts, and he’ll always question what you state, because he apparently can’t fathom that you know things he doesn't. 

Chigiri has no boundaries, or, he doesn't respect yours. Whether it’s days when you don't want to be touched, subjects you don’t like being brought up publicly, or duties you prefer fulfilling by yourself, he won’t really listen. He likes to text you always, suffocating you. 

Kurona doesn't share. As in, he won’t tell you how he feels -good or bad- or what he wants. Even silly things, he won’t take the initiative of telling you the funny thing that happened at work. And even when you ask him, it feels like you have to force infos out of him.
