And I’m happy that I am not alone anymore and I actually found people who spark interest, creativity, hope, joy, love, sometimes anger, and euphoria. Day 14.

Today I sat outside in the sun for almost an hour while listening to music. It was so nice and it lifted my mood. In the evening I went to my CrossFit class and felt even better. I still feel good about quitting. Even when emotions seem to be overflowing at times, I know it’s worth it. I now sit with whatever emotions come up and allow myself to feel them. It’s true when they say that the only way out is through. I trust I’ll be okay. Lately I’ve noticed many positive changes in how I think, feel and look. I love how I’ve been taking better care of myself for the past year, especially these last 14 days.
