be prepared for an infodump

so recently i heard about this new (amd by that i mean less than a week old) gacha game called pucca puzzle adventure. the main thing that drew me into it was there being members of the kpop boy group treasure, who are involved with three of my imaginary worlds in some way (namely: idol/rift, gem circle, and ghost classmate/yuukura)

gacha game being a gacha game, my initial legendary and treasure member pulls were a bit unfortunate. so i'm hoping to get haruto, who not only will fill an element i don't have a legendary of, but will also allow me to use the members i had to pull back.

so every member has a special ability here. it plays one of treasure's songs, the member dances to it (in choreo), and an effect usually related to their representative emoji happens. haruto's emoji is a butterfly, so there's that: but what about the microwave?

i can't usually discern which song's choreo was given to each member's ability, but i recognized haruto's choreo as the one for "mmm". and my mind immediately went to that spotify microwave playlist meme, which included that song.

so tl;dr: it's my in-jokey nickname for a gacha ability i want

okay can I just say that I really love the first one in the row in the second picture of your dolls? because well she just looks so completely concerned about something? it’s neat.

She really does! And looking back at the picture I just realized she’s not wearing all of her accessories, oops. But here she is from when I was making sure all her pieces were intact!

I haven’t figured out what I want to do with her butterfly head wings or staff yet, so I put them away. orz She does look very concerned, but not in a way that she seems upset/sad, I think. I’m excited to see if she keeps that kind of wary personality!

[ship ask meme] what is your absolute favorite ship? what ship do you hate most? what was your first ship, and what fandom is it from?

Oh god, absolute favorite... hhhhh... It’s really hard to say? My favorite dynamic is best friends turned lovers, I think. But I still fall back to 2x5 from Gundam Wing! I don’t think I’ll ever get over Duo and Wufei, especially in Mel & Christy’s Death and the Dragon universe. Reunion & Rebuilding are two of the most formative fics I’ve ever read.

The ship I hate the most is definitely Zutara. During the fandom’s hayday and especially early in the series, it was fucking everywhere, and a lot of the shippers were assholes. It wasn’t fun being a multishipper in 2005. 

My first ship... hhhh... I’ve been writing fanfiction in some capacity since I learned to string words together. I really don’t remember. The first fandom I was particularly involved with was Harry Potter, I think, and my first fic I posted online was an Inuyasha fic, but it was... shamelessly based on someone else’s fic, and full of shitty OCs. I think Rivalshipping was the first no-OCs ship I really got into, though. It was definitely the first NSFW I read for YGO!
