Long post! An 8-page zine I made about Tuffy and his family. He is a special little guy, I couldn't let him be alone out there!

This was super fun, I love getting to know my OC's through building their background story. I'll bring the zine with me to Dokomi and other cons! It's also gonna come to the shop when all the plush Tuffys arrives :)

this zine may not be about you. for a long time these thoughts were in my brain but only to lovingly yell at my friends. this zine may be about you but not helpful to you at this time. i hope it's helpful to some though.

if you like this zine you may also like the body neutrality movement. and the song "can't go back" by the crane wives, which i kinda quoted as well. leave the rest behind.

some things that didn't fit in this zine were:

you gotta learn. you gotta learn that learning doesn't mean feeling bad.

it doesn't help you act right to feel bad about previous things. guilt is useful to a point. that point is reached when you know what you did wrong

Pages from a zine I made about disability. You can view the full zine on my itchio as well as download your own prinatble copy! Payment no longer optional as I’ve had some emergency expenses so the zine is currently £2.50, but this is a temporary thing.

thank you so much for reading. this is probably my favourite and most important zine I've made and i plan to make more zines about subjects like this which are important and need to be discussed. trans rights are still an issue today and it is so important that, as a community, we can share our experiences and create awareness about the struggles that we all face just by existing as trans people in the world right now.

also the helpline in this zine is UK only, but please seek help and contact a helpline in your area if you are struggling with your mental health. you're important, you're valid and ily 🫶🏳️‍⚧️

i am showing Creature Creation Station in person in a few weeks and this idea i saw on cohost made me so excited i ordered some empty cases and spent an evening designing the case art!! heehee

i really wanna put in little extras tucked in there! a sticker for sure, and i wanna see if i can make small cellphone charms to go on the loops of the usb sticks i got since i have some lobster clasp straps lying around

Prints!

Punk is a Playlist can be as decorative or as paggro as you like, depending where you hang it, while THINK is perfect for distribution at rallies, inside libraries, or slipped inside the free newspaper on the bus. Meanwhile Screamscape Harmonium is a purely silly tribute to extreme video game ads of the 90s (and part of the inspiration for starting this project, after one particular word of copy made it difficult to have professionally printed).

Art and graphics!

Falling Skyline and Alligator Feelings are older digital drawings being offered up for a new life as public domain pieces, while Daffodils by Any Means Necessary is a mixed-media painting created out of packing paper and old dried up art supplies specifically for Unprintable. Monster Backgrounds are a gorgous set of digital patterns designed for use as phone and tablet wallpapers (but don't let that stop you from using them elsewhere!)

An instant zine kit!

To to mark the launch of Unprintable, I wanted to officially invite everyone to the world of zine-making. The instant zine is a double-sided printable document that walks you step by step through writing, illustrating and folding your first attempt. Print it yourself and make a tiny book about something close to your heart, or print 30 and bring them to class! Anyone can give art away for free, it turns out.
