A great atmosphere. Nice presentation of food. Great food quality. A good hotpot experience. Highly recommended! However, do avoid turning up without reservation. The wait can be pretty long.

Hot pot with fresh ingredients and excellent beef slice. 
Hot pot on a cold night is the best thing! The meat slices were good quality and just the right thickness for shabu shabu. 
I always get the prime beef set, for the price it's REALLY good quality. Shimin is definitely one of my favourite places for hot pot in Taipei!
