in this house we stan rosalie. also, she should have gotten the rapist murdering arc instead of edwin, but sm-yer is a coward. she is our unproblematic mildly less problematic than the other cullens fave, queen of righteous murder and mental screaming.

re: turning the books into a (netflix) tv series. “movies, you end up losing so much.” thinks tv seems like the right way to go but has “kicked around idea of not doing live action” because she thought vampires looked too human in the movies. cites ‘into the spiderverse’ as inspo. [this actually sounds better but, i can’t. i can’t keep doing this.]

favorite parts to write were ones without bella (because she got to write new material). liked car chase scene.

THE QUESTIONS WE ALL WANTED ANSWERED AND THE WRONG OPINIONS WE KNOW SHE HAS, BUT STILL DIDN’T NEED TO HEAR:

doesn’t remember why she removed “I’m wretchedly in love with you.” thinks it was either that an editor told her it is overdramatic or she kept getting stuck on it when rereading it [overdramatic?? in MY twilight book?]

how is jasper able to control himself when bella is injured at the end of the book? admits this part “probably seems a little at odds with him freaking out about a papercut” but doubles down. “it’s all about mental preparation” he doesn’t breathe. At all.

edward was underwater multiple days because that’s how vampires travel long distances. Commercial airlines are for emergencies only. [you’d think with 46$ billion they’d spring for private jets instead of having to carry their luggage across the ocean floor]

confirms she hates rosalie. asked which couple is her favorite and says emmett and rosalie are her least favorite because even though she loves emmett, rosalie is “more trouble than a pretty face is worth” :) :) :)

“Um, okay. So, I don’t do favorites, because I love them all. Um, I—probably my least favorite is Emmett and Rosalie because I love Emmett but I agree with Edward that she’s more trouble than a pretty face is worth. Um, but Emmett—y’know Carlisle and Esme are like so perfect, maybe a little too perfect. Alice and, and Jasper is really great because there’s so many mystical elements to their relationship. But then you also have Edward and Bella which is the reason we’re all here was their love story. So, how do you pick?”

Holy shit after reading about Sm*yer's Q&A and reading MS....... It's so fucking clear how so much of the stuff written is Sm*yer projecting. A lot of the book feels like a random rant/vent and petty and it really came down full force after this. She's disgusting.

normally i’m all for self-indulgence in writing, but hers is BAD
