honestly, as someone struggling with mental health and low energy, sometimes all i can offer is that i made it through the day, had a good time, got some work done, etc. i see it as a way of offering gratitude for a good day, i guess. sometimes i feel that im not doing enough - but i think we have to keep in mind that the gods know us and know our limits and possibilities
