Reintroduction to this blog 🌻
This Blog used to be a Joe and Caspar Fan account (if you scroll further enough it's still there) Then I didn't know what to do with it, so it became a Mental Health dump. Now I want to make this about my faith as an Anglo-Catholic along with my strong voice to see a free Palestine and how that is embedded into my faith. 🌞🌼
So if you want to stick around for theology and how my faith aligns with Social Justice and a contemporary understanding of the Bible.
If this sounds like want you want to follow stick around

Reminder at all, someone with a disability/chronic illness might be capable of completely different levels of activity from day to day. You can’t hold yourself or others to the best version of the physical self every single day. That goes for able bodied people too! Energy levels fluctuate, and for people with a disability/chronic illness that difference will be even more extreme.
Be patient. Be gentle with yourself and others.
Just because the other day you did a workout, went grocery shopping, and/or washed your hair, it doesn’t mean you’re less valuable today while you’re stuck in bed.
Be kind to yourself.

Only reblogging because the Young Royals fandom needs this now and I'm gonna tag them
i think it’s so sweet that humans draw hearts everywhere. that’s not even what a heart looks like and yet here we are… scrawling them in the margins of the notes we take in class, tracing them in glass that’s misted over. on our friends’ hands in sharpie, in the sand at the beach. fashioning them out of leaves or twigs or bits of grass on the sidewalk. in chalk and dry erase marker. with our hands, when someone’s taking a photo of us. very cute ❣️

We are bisexual. We are beautiful. We are strong. We are here. We are not confused. We are not greedy. We are not experimenting. We are not going through a phase. We are bisexual. We are attracted to people of all genders. We may be attracted to men, women, transgender people, non-binary people, and anyone else in between. Our attractions are fluid and can change over time. We are proud of our bisexuality. We will not be erased. We will not be silenced. We will not be discriminated against. We demand equal rights and representation. We demand to be seen and heard. We demand to be treated with respect. We are bisexual. We are here. We are not going away. Bisexual people can be attracted to people of any gender, including men, women, transgender people, non-binary people, and anyone else in between. Bisexual people's attractions can be fluid and can change over time. For example, someone might be attracted to mostly men one year and mostly women the next. Bisexual people can be in monogamous or polyamorous relationships. Bisexual people can be cisgender or transgender. Bisexual people can be of any race, ethnicity, or religion. Bisexual people can be of any age, socioeconomic status, or educational level. Bisexual people are just as diverse as any other population group. We come from all walks of life and have a wide range of experiences. What unites us is our attraction to people of all genders. The bisexual manifesto is a declaration of our existence, our pride, and our demands for equal rights and representation. We are here, we are not going away, and we will not be silenced. We demand to be seen and heard. We demand to be treated with respect. We demand equal rights. We are bisexual. We are beautiful. We are strong. We are here.

THANK YOU HEARTSTOPPER
I've just finished watching Heartstopper Season 2 and I have soo many feelings from this season. I wish we had more Queer Representation 5 years ago. The feelings from this show gives me so much comfort and relatable. I wish I was able to have this comfort 5 years ago but I'm so happy to have this now. Even though I realised I was Bi 5 years ago, I had absolutely zero confidence showing it internally or externally. It always felt like a dirty little secret, which would cast me into hell if I ever republicated it. I was always shown that I must bring out my hetrosexual side more. If I liked both, why would I go for the sinful side. The show's portrayal that homophobia is still a thing speaks to me ,so much. Even though, I know I have more feelings for women. I always looked for a relationship with men internally to not be shamed upon. You think these feelings would suddenly just go away if you pray enough or you just need to act straight

The representation of healthy sexual boundaries within Heartstopper. Just makes my eyes ball, Charlie and Nick talking about how they aren't ready. Is so VALID and needs to be seen in this world that is pressured to have sex
Also THANK YOU Heartstopper for representing Purity culture though Charlie's parent's. The shame around relationships and sex is another huge thing. We go from one extreme to another and we just need HEALTHY sexual boundaries talked about openly

Don't act like I didn't fight for you. I did, I did it so many times that when I won all the battles you were no longer there to help me close the wounds they caused.
I fought it even though I knew I was going to be hurt, because you had promised me that we would love until the scars fade away.
I don't know if it's my fault that I trusted you and went alone into a war we should have fought together or your fault that you broke a promise and ran away.

I mean this genuinely when I say the internet should have an age restriction. You should need to be at least 16 to be on any social media. Bring back things like Miiverse and other pseudo-social media sites catered to children and leave the rest of online spaces primarily to adults. Seeing children on tiktok and Instagram is genuinely a distressing trend and I do think it is damaging to children to be in these spaces.

all these posts that are like *flips hair* hi newbiesss tehee welcome to Tumblr..... we're not like the Other Social Media Sites 😝😘 and then proceed to unironically describe tumblr like the shangri la of social media where we all live laugh reblog and have long ebony black hair and flip off preps as if every fucking day on here for the last ten years hasn't been a bloody trial with innumerable casualties like we don't weekly see the most hilarious drama and indescribable dysfunctionality. you're all like acclimated deep sea organisms enticing soft photic zone invertebrates to come down. they're going to fucking die.

Honestly being overworked makes people unobservant and passive and it literally kills people every day. People don’t seem to realize that an overworked nurse might not notice your sepsis symptoms and a tired truck driver might not notice your car when he’s merging into the lane. Failing to protect worker’s rights impacts nearly everyone
