don't get me wrong, I find this super exciting too, but don't we have like, a whole cinematic genre about how is generally not a good idea to revive very old dead things?
the amazing world of gumball is the best carton show of 2000.
It portrayed the millennial culture without being cringe. It talked about a blended family with gender roles different from the norm. It talked about millennial things like fanfictions, but also complex topics like depression, neurodivergence and climate change. It had an amazing nemesis relationship between a complex villain who was actually trying to help and an anti-hero protagonist. It had an amazing style that blends cartoon characters with real elements. And it is not completely nonsense, because there is a hidden plot that is just sprinkled between the episodes, and you have to watch it carefully to catch it.
this isnt necessarily good news but i hope we can all agree that if you are attacked by a puma and you kill it with your bare hands it should be socially acceptable to wear the pelt wherever you damn well please
whenever someone asked me what I was planning to do I always answered "I could be dead by friday, I don't plan this long" or "I have no intention of surviving that long"
Mal & Beck. But make them coworkers on later TD seasons. Lol she has been working on set behind the camera since she was 16 and he was a contestant. Oh how times change over the years.
Mal keeps giving Chris new ideas and Beck is absolutely exasperated with him. But, she does love working with him, actually. He's always getting her to slack off, which is good since she usually has a tendency to overwork herself.
