the funniest thing in the entire pirates of the caribbean series is definitely that one scene in At World’s End where they have parlay but davy jones is part of it, and rather than have him stand in the shallows or something they get a big bucket of water and have in stand on it on shore
who thought of that idea? who thought “put davy jones in a bucket of water” and had the guts to suggest it aloud? and then who went “hey that sounds like a great idea!”
at some point someone told davy jones their idea was for him to stand in a bucket of water and he agreed to it

Real talk: how long do you take posting chapters on fanfic? Cause part of me is like “oh it’ll be fine if I take a couple months cause life- out of all people AO3 understands.”
But then I wonder if I severely overestimate the attention span of current fans in the wake of instant gratification and consumerism.

The ghost language includes the sounds "CH", "SH" and "TH". In order to access these sounds from the font, a capital letter "C" (for the "ch" sound); a capital letter "S" (for the "sh sound); or a a capital letter "T" (for the "th sound) must be pressed.
A capital C, S, and T, will always result in a "ch", "sh", or "th" sound respectively.

See, my first thought was LIME GREEN and no matter how much I think about it, my answer is still lime green.
So I’m not sure what lime green tastes like, because oddly enough I don’t think it would taste like lime, but evidently lime green is a flavor according to my brain.

Im no expert but, if it helps, I like to find something to focus on.
It doesn’t have to be something important. It could just be the new episode of a show you watch. Think about that and how you need to make it from now to then. When you get there, find something else to focus on. If it helps, find someone to talk to that you look forward to talking to.
If you want, feel free to message me and we can talk about random stuff that doesn’t actually matter. Or stuff that does matter. Sometimes it helps to just ramble for a bit cus it can help you work out what you’re feeling.
I’m not exactly a poster child of good habits or a healthy mentality but I’ve been told I’m a pretty good listener.
I know how hard it is to care, especially with everything going on in the world.
Hey, real question.... (and kinda long post) anyone got tips on how to make yourself care? I'm finding it harder at the moment (for the last while) but it kinda hit me today that this isn't right bc I'm finding it extend toward food now. Where, I can't get myself to care enough to *eat* until I'm light headed. But it extended into other things first (classes, cleaning, general responsibilities). Its effected cooking for a while, but I could get fast food or make a sandwich bc I *know* im supposed to eat. I *know* that bodies need it, so I need to do it. So I was like - OK, if I cant bring myself to cook... cereal, sandwiches, take out, and then I'd cook when I could. But recently? Its gotten worse and I dont know why and I'm caring about my lack of caring?(if that makes sense?) It....its starting to scare me. It was just annoying before. Frustrating. But now? Now it's kinda scaring me bc I can't get myself to care about my future, the college classes I have left, or eating more than one meal and a snack a day, and that's.... not good. But I dont know how to fix it or work around it and I had worked so *hard* to not slide and its been years and I just.... dont know what to do bc my previous tactics aren't working and this is lasting longer than last time. so... advice would be nice
