My morning rituals are showing me what can happen/how things can change when you committ to making positive shifts in your life.

New affirmation I added this morning: "I thank the Universe for another day. Today is going to be a good day" (This is what I ended my affirmations with this morning followed by 2 cleansing breathes - in through the nose big sigh out through the mouth - in with the good/out with the negative)

Hiii :)

I'm not really sure what my goal is with this blog, but I have been putting it off for almost a year now, but here we are! In an effort to get over my fear of being seen, I finally bit the bullet and created this account. Like I said, I have no clue what my goal is with this, but at least I have (finally) taken the first step necessary to figure it out! I believe my original intention (when I first had the idea to start blogging) was to document what was going on in my life after going through a major event in my life that shifted the course that I was on. Besides that, I'm not too sure what else I had planned. Feel free to join me (or don't - totally up to you) as I figure it out <3
