Arrtx Product Review

To talk about the product itself there are many good points that can be noted about this set. What I mainly appreciate the sturdiness of the alcohol marker because a lot of the markers that I have come across use cheap and light plastic for the barrel of the marker. However, the Oros set has a good feel to the barrel when using it and the weight of the material makes it more comfortable for the hands to use them. Moreover, the length and width of the marker are perfect and makes it comfortable for the hand to be able to use it for a long period of time. The brush nib, however, could have been a bit more flexible as pressing a bit on the brush nib did not allow for the brush to be the same way that I expected it to be. I was expecting a bit more sponginess in the brush nib but instead it was a bit sturdy. They are still lovely to use but a bit more flexibility would allow for the brush to live longer and better applicability. The color selection was impressive and made great use of dark and light shades of color and this allows for good contrast when working on pieces. The chisel nib was amazing and did not leave any streaks when working with them. I personally really like the Indian blue (64) and purple grey (88). The color matching the cap of the markers and the actual swatches were decent and pretty accurate as they are difficult to have them correctly (in comparison to other marker brands). However, there is a bit of an unequal distribution in the blue and green range of colors in the darker tones of the product. When compared to the amount of red, browns and grays there are less green and blue that have been offered to use. There are a few shades in the red or grays that could have been taken out to match in number to the greens and blues. Furthermore, there was unfortunately no orange to use in this set. Instead, combining color is what allowed us to achieve this color. It would have been nice to include some oranges that are difficult to get without the combination of those colors because a lot of them when combined come out darker. The less saturated colors were very well distributed but there was no red to be found among them. Despite having no red, the colors were very nice to use as they complement the darker color and can be a substitute to those who do not own any pastel markers. The last point to note on these lighter shades would be that when using them with the more saturated color they get stained with the color easily but it is expected and after wiping the marker on paper it gets back to its original state.

The stand and marker holder:

The little yellow and blue stand for the set were interesting choices for the setting of the markers. I really love this idea because individuals do not need to invest into buying storage for these markers and since there are so many markers this makes it even more convenient and worth the money. Furthermore, the angle at which it allows to display the markers makes it easier to look for them and it is more convenient to take the markers out.

The bag:

The bag was a really good touch to this product because it just makes it easier to transport outside and to also just move around the house instead of resetting everything each time that you want to change working space. Moreover, it is a compact and well taught design that makes it pretty to walk around with it outside instead of making it look bulky. I like the fabric that has been used for this bag because it is easy to store and requires no washing to it and the magnets are pretty secure to seal the bag as well. However, it would have been nice if this set could have a zipper instead to the removable cover because people would not be able to see inside, and it makes it a bit more secure to transport as well. Finally, I love the strap of the bag because it has a good length and width to it and looks pretty stylish when wearing it.
