Last week saw my inaugural visit to @nookcdf for lunch. Beautiful small plates, ranging from £3.50, up to £13 for hake- the five dishes we devoured did not disappoint. It's amazing how busy you can get when you finally take a break 😆 The days all seem to be merging, but last week's trip to Edinburgh was, as usual, fantastic & full of food! When I say I'm in love with @gradsowl food, I'm not over exaggerating. Full of flavour, perfectly seasoned, and unique to anything else you will find in the city. Been a bit quiet round here recently, due to the post holiday and impending return to work blues, so thought I'd treat myself with a visit to @leyli.joon.co @academyespresso last night for their Persian BBQ. Couldn't decide what to eat so ended up with the Mezze Sharing Board with Lebanese Pork, joojeh, tabbouleh, mint yoghurt, pickled chilli pepper and beetroot hummus.
