As she stood there, amidst the bustling crowd, her heart raced with anticipation and apprehension. It had been a while since she last saw him, yet his presence still held the power to stir emotions she thought long buried.
Their eyes met, and in that fleeting moment, a flood of memories washed over her. The warmth of his gaze, the familiarity in his smile—it was as if time stood still, transporting her back to a place where they were in love.
She reached out, her hand trembling slightly as it sought his. Their fingers intertwined, fitting together like pieces of a puzzle. It was a bittersweet embrace, a silent acknowledgment of what once was and what could never be again.
As they stood there, lost in each other's gaze, she knew deep down that this was goodbye. A single tear trickled down her cheek, unnoticed amidst the chaos of the crowd. She smiled, a fragile facade masking the turmoil within.
With a whispered farewell, he turned and walked away, fading into the distance like a ghost from her past. And as she watched him go, a part of her heart went with him, leaving behind only the echo of what might have been.

Why wasn't love enough? Why did you slip away? Where did it all go wrong? I'll never stop loving you. Maybe some day, I'll learn to live with the fact that you can never be mine. Even though our chapter ends right here, you are and you will always be my favorite and the best thing that's ever happened to me.

In the gentle cradle of his embrace, I traced the contours of his face, each curve a testament to the love that swelled within me. But as my fingers danced upon his skin, a silent ache whispered through the chambers of my heart, for I knew that our love was destined to be a fleeting dream, a wistful melody that would never find its way.
As I gazed into his eyes, I saw the reflection of my own longing, mirrored in the depths of his gaze. And though I yearned for him with every fiber of my being, I knew that our paths were destined to diverge, leading us to separate shores, forever out of reach.
Yet, amidst the pain, there bloomed a bittersweet tenderness, a love that transcended the boundaries of time and space. For even as I knew he would never truly be mine, I cherished every moment spent in his presence, etching his smile into the recesses of my heart and mind, a cherished memory that would endure the test of time.
In the quiet solitude of my thoughts, I captured his image, a snapshot of happiness and warmth, forever imprinted upon the canvas of my soul. And though I may never love another as I have loved him, I carry the beauty of what I had with him, a beacon of light in the darkness, guiding me through the endless expanse of eternity.

Beneath the starlit canvas of the night sky, we stroll down the quiet streets, bathed in the gentle glow of street lamps. The city around us seems to hush its bustling rhythm as if granting us a private moment.
I am adorned in a sleeveless red dress that caresses the summer breeze, and my hair cascades freely, a cascade of silk tumbling over my shoulders. The night air carries a subtle warmth, and the echo of distant laughter accompanies our every step.
As we amble through the quiet lanes, his fingers, warm and reassuring, find their way to the stray strands of my hair that playfully dance in the night breeze. With a gentle sweep, he moves them away from my shoulder, his touch a tender acknowledgment of the intricate details that define the canvas of our shared stroll.
In that fleeting touch, I sense a connection beyond words, an unspoken understanding that goes beyond the usual. His eyes pause, taking in the surroundings—the lights on the street, the leaves softly moving, and our reflection in store windows.
The cityscape becomes our backdrop, the streets our silent witnesses, as we continue to walk hand in hand, his affectionate words echoing in the quietude of the night.

In a conversation with someone very dear to me, I learnt something.
This is etched in my brain and I feel unstoppable now.
They said, “ The only thing you can control in this entire world is your mind.” And how true is that?
Lets talk about a hypothetical situation here. A situation which hurt you the moment it happened. You’re all shattered. But the way you react to it later decides how you’re going to feel about the situation after a couple of days or so.
There’s no point in sulking over anything. Instead learn to get over it. Learn to overcome it.
Just incase you needed to hear this, here’s it.
This will pass. All that you need to do is accept the present without thinking anything else and slowly you’ll feel better.

You’re enough / a letter to myself
Remember this : you’re enough. You know the struggles you’ve been through, right? You’ve survived it all. You’re a survivor. You’ve come through all the bad that has happened to you. You’ve flaws. So does everyone on this planet. You’re not a finished masterpiece but you’re an evolving canvas filled with brushes and strokes of resilience and strength. The journey you tread is yours alone, and in every step, you carve the path of your becoming. Cherish the mosaic of experiences, both light and shadow, for they shape the mosaic of you.
Yes, you’re alone. You’re alone in this. It’s you vs you. It’s a battle between different versions of you to become the best version of yourself. After all, we all are born alone and will die alone.
Stand tall, knowing that each breath, each heartbeat, resonates with the rhythm of ‘enough.’
Do not give up, love. You’re enough. It’s okay to have set backs. It’s okay.
You’ll be fine.

A tight hug
Those arms hold me tight,
my head lay on your chest.
Hearing your fluttering heartbeat,
pieces of me entwine with pieces of you.
Those arms hold me close,
my lips curve into a smile.
Drawing out all the tears in me,
my anxiety calms down.
Those arms hold me,
my head is sane now.

Cutting people off comes with a lot of grief. Choosing what is good for your mental health rather than choosing what you want is a difficult choice to make.

I feel heavy. The pain lingers on my chest. It's as if the burdens of the day have found a home within, casting shadows upon the calm. My breaths are shallow, and it feels like my lungs are filled to the brim, making it hard to catch a breath. Each breath feels like a reminder of the gravity pulling at my core.

In flaws, a beauty often hides,
Upon our skin and deep inside.
Each blemish, scar, and inner fear,
Adds to the story we hold dear.
For in these imperfections, we find grace,
A unique pattern on life's embrace.
Our souls, like stained glass, they shine,
With cracks and colors, wholly thine.
So let us love our flaws, embrace,
The quirks that make us a wondrous space.
In scars and quirks, we're truly whole,
For in our flaws, we find our soul.

With you.
Being with you is like finding a beautiful garden inside myself. It's as if my heart suddenly started to bloom with feelings I never knew were there.
As I get to know you deeper, these feelings grow like flowers , filling my life with colors and sweet fragrances. Oh your touch, so tender like the petals of a beautiful flower. Time seems to disappear when we are together, and every moment has become a precious memory.
Your love has brighten up even the darkest parts of my soul. It changed me, helping me understand myself and the world better.
Falling in love with you is like discovering a secret garden within myself , a place where my heart feels truly at home, and where the beauty of love fills my life with happiness.

Hugs
The kind of hug that feels like I'm sharing a part of my inner self, a way to show how much I care and connect with them.
The kind of hug that say more than words can. The kind of hug that can create bonds that time and distance can't ever break.
And then there are times when I hug my memories. In quiet moments, I relive moments from the past, and each memory is like a special kind of hug. Some memories are gentle, like a soft, nostalgic whisper, while others are strong, like the warm embrace of a long-lost friend.
These moments help me remember the happiness of the past and find solace in memories. It's a different kind of hug—one that doesn't rely on the physical but resides in the heart's deepest feelings.
So, whether it's the warmth of a real hug or the gentle embrace of a memory, both have the power to nurture our souls, remind us of the beauty of human connections, and wrap us in the enduring love that makes life's journey meaningful.

The ache etched in my heart,
I realise, it’s a pain that won’t depart.
Wondering how long can I take this damage,
I search for a healing ; a bandage.
Endurance running thin, I implore.
Oh, I can’t take it anymore.
Uncertain if I matter,
I battle to keep my mind's core.

Heart's stillness,
Ocean's core,
Seafoam whispers,
Clouds adore.
Salty songs,
Full heart sings,
Vastness sways,
Loneliness clings.
Outer space,
Endless flight,
Lonely hearts,
Seeking light.

oh, I twitch and fret.
Internally screaming,
I try walking.
Externally fidgeting,
I try weeping.

Rain pouring down on us,
I look up to his face.
As rain wets his lashes,
my eyes brim with tears.
Our fingers entangled,
he holds me by my waist.
We sway back and forth,
Holding his hand I twirl.
Telling him we are out of sync,
I let out a laugh.
Hearing my laughter,
He grins.
Holding me closer and tighter,
we sway to one of our favourite songs.

If I’ve to speak about home,
I’d tell them about you, about us.
About silent glances and kisses,
About fights and chaos.
I’d tell them about the constant feeling of love.
The love
I felt while tracing your neck
and entwining our fingers.
Home is nowhere ;
but in your arms.
