SO DEAR PEOPLE,

-GG REBOOT SPOILERS AHEAD -

I just saw the finale. And as I initially only watched season 2 for the polyamory relantionship between Aki, Max and Audrey, I will very understandibly post and discuss first about them:

I will adress the scene, oh you know what scene (Thomas is a very underrated actor, that isn’t for debate), and it was heartbreaking to watch through.

" What an absolute...fool", you can feel his pain.

Max realized that Audrey & Aki had no intention of breaking up between them even tho they all agreed that is "all for all or none for none".

And the fact that they (Aki & Audrey) broke the very pact that convinced Max to start a relantionship with them (his first of a kind too), hurt him more than the break-up per se. That must have been very hard on Max, with also him realizing that they don’t love him in the same way he loves them.

I am not saying those two aren’t in love with Max. What I am saying is that :

They didn’t fall hard, at least not like Max did for them.

They don’t seem to know that they have fallen in the first place.

It was dissapointing to see them ultimately break up. I don't intend do deny it. But I do understand the directors's take on this for a various number of reasons:

They are teenagers. They make mistakes, they try hard to learn from them but they also follow their instinct a lot. The instinct to just take it. To just do it. This is the part of their life when they are exploring, finding themselves, starting to risk things. And so on. This whole new unexplored area is scary. And insecurities are always gonna swim their way through.Breaking up, drama, a very large amount of overflowing emotions, failed relantionships (platonic or romantic ones)- these are very common between the ages of 16-20, more so in the GG universe, where we have a little taste of arrogant, entitled, used to get their way or/and selfish teenagers. They are gonna make bad decisions(fully aware). And this js the process of them reaching maturity. All the bad in the means of good ( a saying from my country, it means that we have to pass very bad times to reach the fullfiling ones at the end)

Polyamory was a new thing for all of them. How do u compromise so everyone it’s happy and comfortable? As we could see from this season, it was tricky and a bit difficult. Again, they are teenagers. They don’t know how this works, they are scared and they are trying.

They ALL needed time apart from their other 2 partners. (Something that didn’t happen (A+A) entirely...) To grow and see where they standed outside of their relantionship. You know, having different plotlines for each of them, like the original GG. I think the 3 of them coming together after all of that would have made a much bigger impact than them staying together now.

They were gonna be ENDGAME. As I said before, them coming back together in the end of season 3 after some time apart would have made a big impact, and a much awaited moment. It appears they were actually gonna do that, as I recently found out:

They did add that scene where Audrey stares at a painting simply because it reminds her of Max.

But they didn’t add the dialogue between her and Aaron, nor the context of her staring. Because they knew when they were editing the episodes that they wouldn’t get renewed for another season. They cut a lot of scenes filmed in Italy beacuse of that. The episode was meant to be longer.

They didn’t know that fact when they filmed tho, another proof that originally, those 3 were meant to end up together sooner or later.

In another words, I was right when I said that Audrey looking at the painting was foreshadowing their (Aki's and Audrey's) longing for Max in the future.(in a hypotetical third season)

I am kind of mad (just a little) that they knew this was a farewell, and they still ended, with such a negative note too, the poly relantionship. (A type of relantionship that is almost always portrayed as unreal and non-functional, which, unfair)

But again, I see where they were coming from with this. Safran said himself that it wasn’t their intentions to portray polyamory in a bad way, and that they believe it's real and does work for some people. (See the images attached).

And it would have been splendid if a third season would have been released in the future, so we could see them play this out, (as characters with unique storylines too), how it's gonna be Aki's and Audrey's turn to fall as hard as Max fell for them.

Just when it started feeling like a true familiar show....it gets canceled. Altho I am not a fan of their "keeping Luna and Monet out of the group in meaningful moments".

But maybe they would have changed that.

Oh well.

You can not have everything.

So I have heard some rumours. Acording to them, the triad will break up, and the next season will focus more on Maudrey. While Aki will get a new male love-interest. It appears someone here is doing fan-service (?) and it's giving some of you what you asked since season 1 came out. And that will be Max and Audrey as a solo pairing. What I don't get is...well...last I checked, there were more triad fans than both Akimax or Maudrey. Or at least around me. So what fan-service is this? I am confused. And a little dissapointed because they said that this isn't going to be like in Elite. We don't really see true healthy poly representation often.

And I haven't forgot how some of you Maudrey stans got very nasty on the Twitter platform. I understand that each one of us has a preference, but it has to be comunicated in a respectful way. Josh Safran really tried to defend the poly ship AND the writing regarding these 3 characters. The team has done something different with those 3 in S1, and I really appreciate their effort.

Indeed, this leak could also be just a rumour. But looking closer at that trailer... (BTW. THE SEASON 2 TRAILER CAME OUT) I can see it.

Brace yourselves for the worst children.

I will be gathering any crumbs left from them as a trio in the second season, that's for sure.

( It's not like I hate Maudrey, I like it the same way I like akimax...unlike some of the chair 0.2 fans... but I still prefer the triad)

Gossip girl season 2 kinda spoilers !!!

💥SEASON 2 IT'S COMING ON DECEMBER 1ST BTW💥 (It's also my birthday)

Based on this declaration - where the producer basically says that their relantionship isn't going to work in the end (why else that frazing ?)-and a video where the three are filming what seems a final-like scene ( A video that doesn't have a 100% clear audio. It was sent to me by someone on ig. And I didn't post it anywhere to avoid unwanted spoilers. Which I will continue to do).

The conclusion is that yes, they will probably break up. I am a little upset, because I really wanted this to work (as polyamory is not often portrayed on the screen).

And I understand the "rocky road" concept, I do. It' Max's first real relantionship and it's something new for Aki and Audrey too, it isn't just the two of them anymore. The dynamic between all of them is gonna change. But it's still frustrating at the end of the day. Maybe the break-up is in reality just a... break? I don't think so but one can hope.

At least all three of them will break up (right?), just like they said they would if it doesn’t work. Hopefully. Cause' it will be more infuriating to see two of the three still together after that. Especially if it's Aki and Audrey. It will further demonstrate that Max was an addition. Not an equal partner. Which...UGH.

Anyway.

I am still excited for this, even if slightly less. (because who am I kidding, I am watching this show for them, they are my main plot. Mostly. Georgina peaked my interest out of the three lovers bubble, gotta admit that.)

I am happy that I will see their journey and how they behave in their new relantionship. At least we'll have the opportunity to see those moments.

Moving further:

The second season won't be divided in two parts (like season 1).

We don't know how many episodes there will be but most people are estimating 10-12.

I also don't think that we will get all the episodes at once. More like one episode a week (this is only my personal opinion)

💥 FATE WINX SAGA SEASON 2 SPOILERS 💥

OK, SO

I did watch the season 2 of "fate: the winx saga" last night.

And it was...a mess.

Be aware that I view Fate and the (original) winx as two different series. I don't expect (nor' do I want to) the same story, the same characters, and the same relantionship. Let's not forget that this is based on the winx original series. It's not a copy of it. What would be the point of that?????

So my opinions about this won't be the same as my opinions on the animated winx series. I don't see the two sets of characters as the exact same beings.

1.Rosalind doesn't fucking know how to handle a school full of fucking children (fae or not). She only cares about the results she gets out of them. And she will do anything to get those results. She's also a big hypocrite. SO Glad Bloom took care of it.

2. They didn't just built up Bloom and Sky's relantionship for 2 seasons, and then proceeded to take it apart in like..one minute.

3. WHAT THE HELL DID THEY PUT ON STELLA ???!!!!

4. I don't blame Riven for not having feelings for Dane. U can't control that. However, I do blame him for hurting Dane. He shouldn't have done anything with the boy if he knew he didn't swing that way too. He shouldn't had gotten involved with him. Period.

5. I ship Beatrix and Riven since season 1. I REALLY thought they could have gotten' a little better together. Or not. Evil couples cand still be amazing. And instead they just ruined them and walked over them in a way that..... Well, they implied many times that those two cared for each other. But when Beatrix was kidnapped , or worse, when she died. Riven shows no fucking emotion???! Nah, I don't believe it. Even if he didn't like her like that anymore( especially after she told Rosalind Riven knew smth. But to be honest, I don't think she was doingit just for her. And it was not even the worst thing she had done ) , u can't just erase the time u spend with someone. It will always mean something. He didn't even mourn her death a second. It was just so out of the blue. And don't tell me Beatrix can't love, it was pretty obvious that she loved Andreas, he was like a father to her, she said it herself.

7. And the writers did that just to "give" us Rivusa (Riven and Musa). I like this ship too.Not as much as Riventrix and Stellatrix but still. I was thinking that at least I will get them. I do like a good built up. But Idk, It was too long for me. And they didn't have that many scenes.

8. I liked a lot the friendship between Stella and Bea. A. Lot. And I would have liked the more as couple...But unfortunately, the chances of that were ruined .

10. And then Beatrix was killed..Just when she found out she had 2 sisters. And Stella was the only one who mourned her. And it s just sad how she never found her place and how she was tossed aside by everyone. (But I suppose that s what makes a good villain)

11. Sam relying on Musa's magic was wrong. He was like..addicted. I did hate the fact that he leaved tho. He was there just to be Musa s bf.

12. Terra coming out was very nice. I like how Stella embraced her first. And how the rest of the girls handled it.

13. That ending with Bloom and that woman..(Bloom's mom?) I have to wait another year and a half for that too huh

14. Beatrix will really become evil, I know it. She will be resurrected by that shadow, I know it.

15. The writing was really rushed.

16. Aisha deserved way better
