You can’t be disappointed and get what you want. Your disappointment is the indication that you are not vibrationally in sync with what you want. There are no words that will change the result because your vibrational energy isn’t aligned with what you want. You are still chasing. You are still wanting. You are still needing. Everything but believing it’s yours. When you believe it’s already done, instead of disappointment you feel confidence. You feel peace. You feel excitement. Your actions are not cohesive to chasing. To disbelief. Your vibrational form needs to align first in order to get what you want. Stop focusing on what isn’t working. Stop focusing on what you don’t want. You are suppose to feel good. Life is suppose to feel good. When you change your energy, you change your results. Life can give you everything you want. It can present you with every opportunity you want. Every person that can help you get everything you want. But you need to decide to align vibrationally to those things first.

Ways to save money on skin care 💰💳
Even if you’re just barely familiar with the difference between serums and toners, one thing you’re probably painfully aware of is how incredibly expensive skin care can be. If you’re not careful, even the basics can get expensive; and if you’re like most people, you’ve probably spent a shocking amount of money on skin care throughout your lifetime.
Here are some tips :
Focus on your skin type and what your skin needs.
Expensive skin care products are not necessarily better, instead it’s more Important to buy products that are formulated for your skin type and what it needs. All you need is a cleanser, moisturizer, SPF sunscreen and if necessary a targeted treatment(such as acne or dark spots).
Choose multitasking skin care products.
Buy products that can do more than one thing , such as a moisturizer with sunscreen, exfoliators that doubles as a mask etc….
Buy trial sizes before spending on a new product.
Buying a trial size before spending on the original size can save you from spending unnecessary money because that way you won’t need to experiment with buying different formulas, products and versions. It can be disappointing to buy expensive skin care products and they either don’t agree with your skin, cause a bad skin reaction and you spent unnecessary money.
Make DIY skin care products using natural ingredients.
Natural ingredients are the best options when taking about skin care. Its relatively simple to create clean, non-toxic, and natural beauty products in your own kitchen and you know where every ingredient you put into your concoction is coming from. Here are some natural ingredients you can use (Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Honey, Turmeric, Shea Butter, Jojoba Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Rose Water, Witch-Hazel). These can be used as facial mask, cleansers, toners, moisturizers etc…
These were just a few of the basics that worked for me.

Want to get clean, clear skin?🧖🏽‍♀️🪞
Try these tips :
1. Washing your face twice a day : If you want radiant and vibrant skin, cleansing your face in the morning and evening is a must. This helps to remove dirt, oil and other unwanted debris, it also supports proper skin hydration and to maintain clean, clear skin.
2. Use a mild cleanser : A mild cleanser without a lot of ingredients and fragrance, won’t change your skin barrier function , be harsh on your skin, allows the skin to restore itself at night and make your skin soft.
3. Apply an acne-fighting agent : Find out what type of acne you have and use an effective acne-fighting agent according to the type.
4. Apply a moisturizer : This step is very important as your skin is excessively dry, and as a result of that it tries to compensate for that by overproducing oils which causes breaks. Find a moisturizer that is noncomedogenic meaning it won’t clog your pores.
5. Exfoliate : Doing this helps to remove excess dead skin cells that clogs your pores, and also make your skin look dull, flaky or prematurely aged. However do not over exfoliate as this can cause damage to your skin and cause dryness.
6. Get plenty of sleep : Lack of sleep can cause the body to release inflammatory compounds which could cause the skin to break out or worsen acne. To stay healthy both inside and out aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night.
7. Drink plenty of water : This is the most natural way to get glowing and healthy skin, as it helps the skin to stay hydrated, refreshed and maintain the skin’s elasticity.
8. Don’t pick at your skin : Picking pimples on your skin causes exposure to the pores and to more bacteria including those from your hands and increasing the risk of infections or scarring.
9. Be mindful of what you eat : A diet high in sugar and processed foods can lead to inflammation, acne breakouts, and premature aging of the skin, this causes unhealthy skin.
10. Wear Sunscreen : this is one of the best ways to protect your skin’s appearance and health at any age. Used regularly prevents sunburn, skin cancer and premature aging.
I hope these tips were helpful, stay tuned for more great skincare tips!!!

Different types of skin-care acids 🧪🍋🌱
What are skin care acids?
The word “Acid” conjures up images of bubbling test tubes and thoughts of scary chemical burns. But when used at the right concentrations, acids are actually some of the most beneficial ingredients available in skin-care. Acids are a skin-care ingredient often used either for exfoliating or brightening. There are three main groups of acids in skin-care : Alpha Hydroxy acids (AHAs), Beta Hydroxy acids (BHAs) and Polyhydroxy acids (PHAs).
They are chemical exfoliants but most of them are plant based.🧪🥒🌱
Here are a few :
Glycolic Acid : is the most popular alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) used in skin-care. It comes from sugar cane, and is the smallest (AHA). It’s very effective at exfoliating skin and reducing fine lines, preventing acne, fading dark spots, increasing skin thickness, and evening out skin tone and texture. Best for : All Skin Types.
Salicylic Acid : is a (BHA) beta Hydroxy acid that can be found in willow bark, sweet birch etc. It contains anti-inflammatory and exfoliating properties. It also helps prevent comedones, excess sebum, hyperpigmentation, ageing, acne and inflammation. Best for : Oily and acne-prone skin.
Hyaluronic Acid : is a humectant meaning it helps skin attract and retain moisture. This acid attracts water to the outermost layers of skin to help them look and feel more hydrated. Best for : All skin types and especially Dry Skin.
Citric Acid : is an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that is derived from citrus fruits, hence the name. It’s an antioxidant-rich acid that is good for preventing premature aging. This acid neutralises the skin's pH levels, lightly exfoliates dry skin and brightening the skin. Best for : All skin types.
Mandelic acid : is another alpha-hydroxy acid, one that’s derived from bitter almonds, but has a sweet, gentle approach to exfoliation. This acid is less irritating as it doesn’t penetrate deep into the skin. Like glycolic acid, it’s an exfoliating agent that’s useful for preventing acne, treating sun damage, and evening out pigmentation. Best for : All skin types, especially Sensitive and acne-prone skin.
Almost all are found in skin-care products.
Stay tuned for more great skin-care tips!!!

Getting To Know Your Skin Type🧖🏽‍♀️
Everyone wants that youthful and radiant skin, because of which we buy innumerable brightening serums, gel lotions, night creams etc… without even know what is our skin type, we even buy similar products like what our mom is using or a friend that may have recommended a product because it worked magic for their skin but it does no good for ours. Getting to know your skin is really really important as it would be a guide to providing your skin with what it wants and needs. 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗲𝘀.
𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 : This Skin type doesn’t experience any excess oiliness nor dryness, and is generally free of visible pores, acne and sensitivity.
𝗗𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 : Skin is considered dry when it lacks water and natural oils. This skin type may have rough texture, visible lines and wrinkles, dullness and lack of elasticity, as well as increased sensitivity and a tight, uncomfortable feel.
𝗢𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 : Oily skin produces too much sebum, and is likely to experience enlarged pores, blackheads, pimples and unwanted shine.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 : This Skin type has areas of dryness and areas of oiliness. It’s common to have dullness and rough texture in some spots and enlarged pores, blackheads and shine in others (especially around the nose, chin and forehead).
𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 : Sensitive skin types tend to react to external factors, including skincare. Signs of sensitive skin can include stinging, burning and redness.
