In the Right hand comic, how did Kris kept their right hand in the light world or does it simply not function anymore?

Well, when Berdly burnt his arm in dark world, it shows their arm was so severed affected. That you can tell his right arm is entire black as if it was burnt as hell.

When in light world, his arm seems not being affected at all.

So that's why Kris has still a left hand, but this same hand doesn't function at all, but just only pain
