💍Veth Brenatto💍

(Spoilers) — Veth Brenatto, Veth lived a normal life. She grew up in the small town of Felderwin and was always the odd one out. She never really fit in with most of the others of the villagers. They didn’t treat her kindly, except for Yeza, a gifted alchemist. Veth and Yeza fell in love and soon after had a child, Luc. But Veth didn’t get a fairytale end. — Felderwin was attacked by a vicious group of goblins. Several villagers were taken, including Yeza and Luc. None of the others in the village were brave enough to go after the goblins, but Veth wasn’t going to lose her family. She gave chase and managed to free her family from the clutches of the goblins. But in her ploy to lead the goblins away, Veth was captured. — She was killed by the goblins, only to be brought back by a powerful witch. Though the resurrection came with a high price. Veth was placed under a curse, forced to take on the form of the very creatures who killed her. That night Veth Brenatto died and Nott the Brave was born.

⚔️𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗻⚔️

🥃Nott the Brave🥃

(Spoilers) — Nott the Brave, Nott isn’t like other goblins. She doesn’t enjoy killing and pillaging. She longs to be a part of a world that would shun her at best or outright kill her at worst. But that never stopped her from longing for a way out. — When she found a human who didn’t turn away from her, Nott latched onto him and escaped her life as a goblin in the woods. They traveled far and wide together, both learning from the other. More often than not they were run out of town, but not always for the reason Nott always feared. They were swindlers and filled their pockets with things that didn’t belong to them. — Nott was weary of the Might Nein when they first met, convinced they wouldn’t care for a goblin. But over time that worry vanished and Nott found herself surrounded by family. Though deep down Nott hides a secret.

⚔️𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘆 𝗡𝗲𝗶𝗻⚔️

🏴‍☠️Fjord🏴‍☠️

(Spoilers) — Fjord grew up along the coast in an orphanage where he was bullied for being a half orc. It wasn’t until he found a captain willing to let him become a crewmate that Fjord found his place. Vandren had given Fjord a home, but when the crew was betrayed he lost everything and almost his life. — While he was drowning, a dark and mysterious presence offered its aid to the half orc. All it wanted in return was Fjord’s servitude. Fjord agreed and struck a deal with the entity, Uk’otoa, a deal he would come to regret. — After nearly releasing Uk’otoa, Fjord knew he couldn’t continue down the path his patron wanted to walk. After casting aside the blade he had been given by the entity into a pit of lava, Fjord severed the connection. But he found his strength taken from him. — The Wild Mother saw the half orc’s struggle and reached out to him. She offered him a new home and new path to walk. A path not cast in shadow or hidden deep beneath the surface, but one of light and life. Fjord took on the mantle as a paladin of the Wild Mother, though the chains of his past aren’t so easily forgotten.

— Beauregard Lionett didn’t have a great childhood and it turned her cold and indifferent to the world around her. She didn’t care about anyone or anything. Though deep down she longed for a place to fit in. — When she fell in with the Mighty Nine, she didn’t know it at the time, but she had found her place. Slowly she began to change and realize that it is okay to care about others. She would do anything to help the people she cares about, even if it puts her in harm's way.

Drizzel is the true form of Mama Tarte. She and her familiar Spice have been keeping a low profile in Maplestone for a time. She is truly a powerful archfey and uses her magic to infuse her pastries with magical properties. Just Desserts is a cover for her true business, poisoned baked goods. Her services are sought after by assassins and those that wish ruin on their enemies. Though not inherently evil, Drizzel always comes first.

Honey is also a powerful archfey that learned how to instill magic into her baked goods. She was taught by the same teacher as Drizzel. The two fey have known each other for centuries and have been caught in a dangerous rivalry for just as long. Honey Glaze took the teachings and only uses it to help those who dine on her sweets. She and her familiar Sugar searched the land looking for the other archfey. They are intent on stopping whatever harm Drizzel is causing.

He instead wants to travel the world in order to collect a plethora of knowledge and experiences that he wants to weave into epic written tales that will spread across the world. He wants to make a positive name for himself, yet has morally questionable methods such as stealing memories and eating brains.

Nazara grew up in a large hotel and theater, her parents acting as protectors for the actors and talent there. The theater also operates as a go between for helping free slaves, and Nazara spent most of her life aiding in that. Nazara grew up able to follow her passion with the support of her family, and always has a home to return to. People who met Nazara tend to remember that she is a large happy person always ready to lend a hand.

Romulus has gone by many aliases and backgrounds over his many years as a vagrant mage. From Alistar Rosario, notary of the high court, to Ilja Dostoevsky, a specialist undertaker of a certain family. Only a select few know of who he really is and what he truly sets out to do. 

He is a drifter, preferring the company of no one, but likes to have a set of eyes and ears at least somewhere everywhere he goes, especially with others with their hands in the occult such as artifact dealers, religious figures, cultists, witch doctors and even a few creatures of lore. 

His family name holds value to these figures, although he isn’t a powerful wizard just yet, they know with his full potential this is someone worth having contact to. Or at least, someone to be on the good side of.

All Treble wanted growing up was to be a legendary bard. He dreamed of packed taverns full of screaming fans. Of songs and stories written about him. Everyone everywhere would know his name. Though Treble was never able to find his place among the other bards. They looked down on him and thought him nothing more than an egotistical nuisance. A moment came where Treble believed he would have to give up his dream. Then one night a voice came to him. A voice that promised everything Treble wanted. The fans, the fame, Treble’s name would go down in history. All the tiefling had to do was do exactly as the voice said without hesitation. When Treble agreed his mind was filled with strange music. Now Treble travels the land spreading his muse’s music and gathering an army of adoring fans.

She was on her way to take out the reigning Warlord when she mysteriously vanished. That was over a century ago. No one knows what happened to her, but there have always been rumors that the Warlord had broken the rules of leadership and hired an assassin to take out the warrior.
