Some people will agree with me, I know, but it is very difficult to have pain every day, or almost every day, and not knowing why it is there, I am talking about physical pain, physical pain is like this, it is there and not it goes, no matter how much medicine you take. Now the emotional pain ... this is a little more complicated. You feel like you feel cold all the time, you feel dirty, small, worthless and insignificant and when you finally tell someone what is happening they say "look you have to stop thinking about it and move on" COUSE IT'S CLEAR THAT I I NEVER THINK ABOUT IT OR TRIED TO DO THIS !! I just wanted to stop it, and be able to move on, without physical pain and without the emotional pain that only makes it worse. I have recurring headaches and no one finds out why, it's like something is going through my head at the temples and it's crumbling from the inside out and I just wanted to stop it all. I wanted to be able to dedicate myself more to the things of life, to have a normal job, to be stressed without having a panic attack, without looking over my shoulder in the street for fear of being followed, without having to stop life for a few days because my headache is so bad that it suffocates me and makes me unable to think coherently. But it's easy, just don't think about it and pretend it doesn't exist.

This is like gradually ceasing to exist, losing yourself in the wind and becoming just a disease, whatever it may be.

My country is going through 3 crises, in health, in politics and in the economy and we all feel it. My country cries a cry from a people that whenever it has helped other nations and that when it needs international help has silence as an answer. The people cry, Brazil cries. We are alone!
