You can't really be surprised if I did snap can you? My parents inventions killed me and after that they continued to hunt me, my makers would also be my destroyers.
My town was threatened and I was treated like the threat even as I tried to help. The GIW can hunt me legally, and now the Justice League decides to step in, not to help this town but to take me down?
Then fine! You want me to be the villain so bad, I'll be the villain! I can rain hellfire down on you, I won't fight back the hoards of ghosts, you can deal with them yourself! In fact, This is Daniel Jackson Fenton-Phantom, Phantom of the Infinite Realms, I rescind my protection from the town of Amity Park and it's inhabitants with the exception of my closest friends. (A shake goes through the town and a green flash is seen.) Good luck (he grins at the Justice League)
- Danny flies away into the sky
Danny was currently having a really bad week. Some shape shifting ghosts had escaped and decided to rampage disguised as Phantom, ruining his reputation, unbeknownst to Danny, they were hired by Vlad, in his human form Danny spent the week getting crap beaten outta him by bullies since Sam and Tucker were out of town. The teachers hit Danny with the reality that he was failing and his parents made several new inventions that hurt him. Jazz was also being unintentionally annoying and overbearing. He was currently being held down by anti ecto chains that they purchased from the Fentons, by the Justice League who finally decided to show up in Amity after Danny blasted a GIW satellite that was blocking everything. Thanks to the shapeshifters Phantom was viewed as a serious threat. Danny was stressed, tired, and angry, if they want to view him as a villain then so be it. He breaks the chains since he knows where the weak point is and confronts the league

I'm thinking Later they meet, either in the Infinite realms for some reason or Danny comes to find Damian.
If it's in the Infinite realms I want them to have to get the help of a protection spirit and it turns out to be Danny.
I would think they would have code phrases for real verse clone (they have experience with resurrection)
They might be happy to see eachother again but Bruce and the others are shocked.
I'm picturing they exchange phrases, possibly spar, and then hug.
Danny asks Damian why they are so shocked and Damian replies:
"I could not trust father with your memory, I heard how he twisted the memory of one of his chosen children, after his death, and saw how he treats him after his return to life, I would never let someone, even our father ruin your memory like that."
Instant gut punch for Bruce, and he might have to reevaluate some things
In the Danny is Damian’s brother trope what if instead of Damian not telling the family about Danny wasn’t because of grief or shame or any of the more commonly used reasons for his silence. What if it was because he heard about how his father talked about Jason after his death, focusing and exaggerating the negative. That he was violent, angry, never listened to orders but in some iterations and popular fanon is that Jason was a cheerful and studious Robin.
What if while compiling info and researching the former robins during his tumultuous introduction he saw what kind of robin Jason was, good with kids and victims. Talking about his favorite books while on patrol and similar. Reminding Damian of his most Beloved brother.
Then he finds out about how Bruce talked about Jason after he died. Using him as an example as what not to do, erasing his good traits and just using him as a cautionary tale of what happens when you don’t follow orders. Just like what Ra’s said about Danny.
So he didn’t tell the family, not out of guilt or grief. But because his father stripped away Jason’s positive traits after death, the son he chose, adopted and loved. Who when he failed because he was a child led astray by his mother. What would he do to his brother, who loved the stars and excelled in stealth, who was quite in his kills but had no lust for killing.
Whether or not Bruce would do this to Danny’s memory doesn’t matter. B’s actions are gonna affect how Damian views his father even years after the initial actions. Because Damian will protect his brothers memory from being twisted even by their father.

I would just like to share this and say Holy hell
Feet on the Ground
loose phic phight fill for @oldfashionedbattlehymn
warnings for: murder attempt, discussion of child death
********
Danny wakes up in a garbage bag.
It isn’t as gross as it sounds. Danny’s the only thing in there, and it’s not like the lack of air is going to kill him; he could rip his way out, but honestly, going intangible is just as effective and twice as easy.
And, of course, once he’s phased his way out of the dumpster behind the gas station, Danny is very, very grateful that he didn’t even try. Everything else in there is….eeugh. He shivers.
Well. It’s got to be early morning now—it’s dark. There’s no other cars on the highway. Even the gas station itself is closed, and the stars have already lost their spark.
Time to head home.
*
Danny wakes up behind the gas station. Again.
…Okay?
The first time, Danny had just assumed he’d fallen asleep somewhere weird while flying around the neighborhood, but a second time is a pattern. It’s definitely not his fault this time either, because there’s no way he would have duct taped his arms and legs together or slapped a gag on his mouth.
That’s kind of. Ominous.
Danny frees himself of the garbage bag first— and thank goodness he doesn’t have to breathe— he floats himself out of the bag and the dumpster, which had…thankfully been given a good scrubbing since last time? There’s some other trash, apparently, but nothing sharp enough to cut through his durable, tape-based bonds. It takes some finagling and some eye lasers for Danny to finally get his arms free.
And. Hoo Boy. There’s no more liberating a feeling than peeling tape off your mouth, even if your mouth skin kind of comes off with it and you bleed a little. But it’s fine! It’s green, which means it’ll heal.
Fabulous. Danny zooms off invisibly into the night, more than willing to put the night behind him.
*
…Okay, the third time is what makes it more than a coincidence.
Danny shucks out of the bruise-tight ropes around his wrists, torso, knees, and legs, spits out his gag, and flies home. He finally has to give into the inevitable, and attempts the last resort:
“Jazz?” he whispers, slowly rocking his sister in her bed. Jazz mumbles in her sleep.
“Jaaaaazzy…” Danny tries again, trying not to look either too spooky or too imposing. Jazz’s reflexes are such that—
The laser she keeps under her pillow goes off. Danny loses a few millimeters of hair, which means that her aim is getting better.
He doesn’t have any trouble seeing in the dark (or, uh, not anymore, anyway), but it’s easy to see Jazz’s sleepy squint as she pulls herself somewhat upright. More like a shrimp with scoliosis, but, well. You know.
“Whuh,” Jazz asks. “...Danny?”
“Hey,” Danny whispers, a ghost at her bedside. Jazz grunts. “Uh. What does it mean when you keep waking up in a trash bag behind the gas station?”
Jazz blinks. Jazz rubs her eyes. Jazz blinks again, looking more sleepy than coherent but at least somewhat aware of her surroundings.
“Garbage bag?” Jazz asks blearily. “You were in a garbage bag?”
“Yeah,” Danny whispers back. “My legs were tied down?”
“...Danny, were you murdered?”
Danny stops.
“Huh?” says Danny.
*
“So, if you look here,” Tucker points out, finger not quite touching the glass of his CRT monitor, “That’s when Danny gets murdered.”
There is a collective eeew from the assembled viewers— Jazz, Sam, and Danny, all crowded in Tucker’s room.
“Yeah, Tucker agrees. The light from the black-and-white footage flashes in the reflection of his glasses. “Here’s where he’s tossed in…there. And this is when they tossed him in the dumpster.”
There’s no sound on the gas station surveillance footage, but Danny imagines that his body clanged on the way in. What the hell. Danny got murdered behind a gas station, and he didn’t even notice?!
They watch the archived footage of a Ford F-150 driving off the property, and then Danny’s dead body being unceremoniously tossed in a dumpster. It’s kind of surreal. No one had noticed. There was no one to report the crime committed.
“I can’t believe that guy just clocked you over the head, like that,” Sam points out. “It’s just a regular car jack. It shouldn’t have gotten you in the first place.”
The observation isn’t appreciated.
“Be nice! My brother was just murdered,” Jazz scolds. Danny doesn’t think she sounds as offended as she should be. “Either way, it’s certainly an attempted murder, if not a successful one. We have to do something.”
“…Can’t we just call the cops?” Tucker asks, turning away from the computer. “I mean. Look. That’s proof. We have proof right here.”
Sure enough, there is footage. Right there. There’s Danny’s murder, in 240p black and white.
“Where’s the body?” Sam asks dryly, and. Uh. That’s a problem they’ll have to solve.
Everyone looks at everyone else. No one has a good solution.
“…Do we have to do this?” Tucker realizes at the same second as the rest of them.
Jazz looks at Danny. Danny looks at Sam. Sam looks at Tucker.
Tucker stares back at them, entirely unenthused with the conclusion they’ve come to.
“…Okay then,” Jazz exhales. “How do you want to do this?”
*
Sam ends up on top of the gas station, a cell phone in her hand.
Tucker, PDA in hand, sits in Jazz’s passenger seat. The camera feed is ongoing and recording for posterity.
Jazz taps her fingers on the wheel of her car. There isn’t anywhere better to hide than down the road and around the corner, so she does, hoping that they’re on the other end of the road from whoever’s killing her brother every night.
Danny is, of course, wandering through the neighborhood.
Losing her baby brother—on purpose—is the worst thing Jazz can imagine. She feels sick. She wants to throw him into the car and speed away, and break every speed limit law in the county on her way out. She wants to pack him in bubble wrap and ship him expedited to France.
But she does leave her brother alone. She lets Tucker look over the footage as Danny roams around town, just as unaware and unsuspecting as his last few outings.
Tucker sees the man first.
He bolts upright, eyes on his PDA. “Jazz.”
Her head whips around. They watch, silently, as someone approaches Danny’s lone figure on the doorstep outside the gas station.
They can’t hear anything. That’s the scariest part.
“Call,” Jazz demands. Tucker does.
Doubtlessly, on the roof of the gas station, Sam is dialing too.
*
So. Danny knows this guy.
And. Uh. It’s kind of embarrassing; he’d asked if Danny was okay walking home alone at night a few hours before his dumpster wake-up call, and Danny had said it was fine.
Apparently, no, it wasn’t fine. That being said, Danny hadn’t been expecting a guy in a button-up and khakis to be the guy murdering him on the down low. He kind of looks like the dude who sells you televisions and burner phones at a Wal-Mart.
The guy comes all the way over to where Danny is sitting on the thin concrete step of the gas station. His breath fogs up from the weather and his eyes rake over Danny, up and down; down and up.
“Hey,” he says, looking all the world like any other concerned citizen. Danny’s heart throbs. “It’s cold outside. You need a ride back to town?”
“…No,” says Danny, who doesn’t.
“Your mom okay with you comin’ home late by yourself?” the man asks nervously, hands going to his hair.
Danny thinks about how many times he’s woken up in the dumpster. He thinks about seeing his own body on the camera tape. Prone. Dead.
“You still keep a car jack in your passenger seat?” Danny asks instead.
The man freezes. An attempted murderer he might be, but he’s not exactly an Oscar-winning actor. “What?”
“The car jack,” Danny repeats. He doesn’t know if he’s mad the man keeps targeting him, or whether he’s grateful Danny’s the only one who’s died so far. “It’s got a lot of sharp corners. They hurt, you know.”
The man…carefully laughs the statement off, but he looks. Nervous.
Danny doesn’t really need to confront him; he only has to stall long enough that Tucker or Sam can call the cops, so that they can see this man’s face and get him on the record. But.
There’s a part of Danny…
The man looks so human. Flush with blood. Solid enough to break. Fragile enough to be made broken.
Danny still resents being made dead. This man didn’t kill Danny—not in any way that mattered, but he’s an easy target.
He doesn’t breathe. The man watches a boy sit in the shadows of a building where he’s been dumping bodies, and Danny can taste his fear.
“It hurt a lot,” Danny says, and he isn’t referring to waking up in the bags every couple of mornings in the last few weeks. “It hurt so much. I was screaming.”
The man is silent.
“Do you like to hear the screaming?” Danny asks, suddenly curious. Did he care, if Danny had screamed, or if he had been too unaware to notice he was dying? Would he have cared, if there were others more breakable than Danny that he had hurt?
He doesn’t answer.
“I don’t like it,” Danny confesses. In a horrible way, it’s easy to tell his would-be murderer about his death—unlike Tucker or Sam, who witnessed it, or Jazz, who loves him, this man can’t be affected by Danny’s take on his own death. In fact, if he is hurt by the thought of Danny’s death…good. It’s better if he is. If there is remorse in him. “I don’t like to hear screaming. I screamed for so long, and so loud. It felt like forever.”
The man’s hands curl. He steps back.
Danny can’t help but to frown. If he leaves, the whole point of calling the cops will be for nothing, and he’ll be warier of coming back to where Danny’s body was dropped. “Where are you going?”
The man takes another step back. Danny rockets upright. He’s on his feet in seconds. “Weren’t you here for me?” Danny asks, genuinely confused, arms outstretched. “We’re here. You dumped me here over and over again.”
“Shut up,” the man snaps, startling the both of them with his volume. “He—you’re not real. You’re… Be quiet. I have real things to get done tonight!”
Danny’s dead heart throbs. Is there another dead kid? Did Danny let another kid get killed in Danny’s place? “Do you?”
The man loses his voice.
“We’re already here,” Danny points out. He steps closer—closer to the truck that drove his dead body around town, further from the dumpster where his body had been dropped. The disposal hadn’t been a funeral, but it’s closer than anything Danny’s ever had. “You’re here. I’m here. Aren’t you here for me?”
A choked breath. Danny gets closer. The ectoplasm in his skin is too warm and too cold—but he has no idea what he looks like from the outside. Is he glowing? Is he see-through? Does he just look like any other dead kid: a little too cold, a little too pale?
They’re eye to increasingly shorter eye. Up close, the man just looks like any other guy. Shaved in the face. Wrinkles around his eyes. A nose. A mouth.
Danny’s not afraid of him. His head tilts. “You’ve already killed me three times. What are you going to do now? I’ll just come back again. I won’t even notice. I died. I know what you look like—I know how to find you. It’ll be easy.”
The man’s pupils dilate—
And then there’re hands on Danny’s neck. And. It’s kind of painful, but Danny doesn’t have to breathe. So. He just kind of…pretends to be hurt?
He’s meant to be stalling for time. The cops are coming. All he needs is time.
So Danny makes some somewhat dramatic sounds and kicks out with his feet, because a fight lasts longer than a passive victim. He lands a hit to the man’s stomach, and another to his chest—he doesn’t drop Danny the way Danny might have expected, but Danny isn’t going to run out of air, so this can last forever until the man lets go. Or does something.
“Stop— coming— back,” the man snarls, and suddenly sounds nothing like the dudes who man the tech counter at the Walmart. “I got you— you should be gone!”
Danny is gone. But he’s also here. And he’s also been gone for a very long time, and he’s also getting choked out by a guy in a gas station parking lot. It’s been a rough few hours of waiting for this dude. He might as well make it worth it.
So maybe his body turns a little translucent. Just a little. Just enough to see the streetlight through his skin, probably, and the hazy road behind them.
Getting thrown to the concrete hurts, but, you know, not as badly as getting tossed into a wall by Skulker on a rampage. Danny’s barely going to be bruised after this.
The guy runs to his car, and Danny frowns, scrambling back up, and, wait. Wouldn’t having bruises be better? As evidence? They better not heal too quickly, or else that’ll be it of his physical proof.
“Where are you going?” Danny asks, more perplexed and angry than anything. Isn’t he supposed to try to kill the witness??
But the guy hauls butt into the cab of his truck— and then the lights go on and the tires start spinning, the engine roaring to life.
If Danny wasn’t actively on camera at the moment, it would be easy to fly after the car. As it is, he’s pretty fast, but he’s not quite quick enough on his feet to chase after a pickup truck careening down the highway in the dark.
The man’s gone in a few seconds. Honestly, Danny’s kind of annoyed about the whole thing. It would have been nice for it to work.
Sam climbs down from the roof of the gas station, phone in her hand. “No, I just— he choked out my friend and drove off! Send someone over here already!! You— do you need the license plate again?!”
Danny just looks at her. Sam covers her phone’s mic with a hand: “They’re saying five minutes,” she mouths.
Great.
Danny hunkers down, throat bruising, and Sam sits down beside him. They wait.
By the time the cops pull into the gas station, the guy’s more than out of sight. Sam’s the one who takes the lead on dictating their story. Danny sort of doesn’t realize how out of it he is until someone tries to throw a shock blanket on him. He almost hits the guy square in the face— and Sam’s the one who has to catch his arm.
Uh. Oops.
Jazz and Tucker roll in, hardly pretending to have not been nearby; Jazz wraps her arms around him, and Danny lets her.
Sue him. It’s late. He’s tired.
“...And I can’t believe you weren’t able to get down the road in time to catch a man who choked out my best friend,” Sam snaps, which, aw! Danny’s a best friend. The cop she’s attempting to strip down for parts looks less sympathetic than Danny feels. “You’re barely a ten minute drive up the highway! What were you doing, meandering?”
“No,” the cop grits out, eying Sam like a bug on his shoe. “We were telling the officer down the road what to look out for.”
Apparently, jamming the gas down hard enough to bust your speedometer gets you pulled over at the speed check.
The night is over before Danny knows it. Someone gets him to the station, someone takes photos of his bruises and takes his statement. Someone calls Mom and Dad and then Danny’s in the GAV, half asleep and exhausted beyond belief.
He falls asleep on the couch, Mom’s fingers in his hair.
*
It’s not like the Amity Park police tell them anything, but Jazz is the one who finds the report on the news.
She records it on the TiVo for him.
“Eustace Miller, from Tennessee,” Sam reads aloud, knee to knee on his couch. Tucker adjusts his glasses. “Looks like he was already on the run.”
“Or as good as,” Tucker agrees quietly. “Looks like they’re pinning a couple of cold cases to him.”
They watch; there’s pictures of him from his hometown, and from the towns he would visit on his joyride across the country. There were pictures of his family. There were pictures of kids Danny would never meet: kids who were already dead, and who had been for months. Years, even.
They’d looked so happy in the photos from when they were alive.
…Danny could relate.
Jazz turns the report off that night, thumb on the power button. And that’s all it takes for Danny to stop waking up in a trash bag.

Other Plants - A DP Rant
Obviously in canon Blood blossoms are the big threat against ghosts, they cause Danny physical pain and trap him and appear to be something like acid. But if this plant wards them off, why not others.
In folklore, especially the mishmash of Irish, Scottish, and French folklore I've been raised on lots of plants can be used to keep away spirits or harm them, what if those worked?
Fennel in a keyhole and Danny can't get into the home, he'll bounce off
Elder bushes planted around the home and Danny has to skid around them
He can't eat Blackberries anymore or he gets a rash
Agrimony could be used to banish him
Asphodel was used to show ghosts to the afterlife, would it make Danny urge to return to the ghost zone? Or even just to the portal where he died?
Also what are blood blossoms anyways? Roses?
I think it would be neat since the way ghosts work in DC vs DP is different, for Danny to be really confused if these worked when someone tried them on him, give him a cup of hot cacao and he's calming down faster then he really should be

When they get a response it's a tired sad child who just wants it to stop
"Their experiments changed me more than they expected. I'm not fully human, they think if they can remove and cut off the inhuman parts of me then I'll be their perfect son." He stares at them tears in his eyes
"I just want it to stop" sobbing and his eyes glow for a minute before the bracelet seems to shock him and they stop. Bruce kneels down next to him.
"What can we do? Can the thing," he gestures at the mini deflector "be removed or something?" Danny looks at him and it seems to be a glint of hope in his eyes.
"Not by me, or my friends, or anyone that's inhuman like me. But maybe by you. My parents are mad scientists though, you might not want to get between them and their prey." A sardonic grin
Dp x Dc Bad parents with a twist.
The Fentons find out about Danny being Phantom. Either from Vlad or just randomly. They take it badly. They think Phantom is possessing him, but they think they can "save" him. Unfortunately, the GIW think otherwise and want to destroy their son. So what do they do? They erase all signs of their existence in Amity and wiping every article and study they ever had on ghost. Then they packed up and moved to Gotham in the middle of the night. Cutting Danny off from his friends and Jazz (due to her being at college and disagreeing with them). Vlad and the Fentons become business partners. Publicly, the three work together making and marketing inventions. while privately trying to 'fix' Danny on the side.
Danny has to wear an upgraded specter deflector, which is a thin metal bracelet.
Having half of himself offline for a long period of time has been causing his physical health to decline. That and the experiments his parents have been performing on him. No full-blown vivisection. He also gets anesthesia because they believe the Danny can still feel.
It wasn't long for the people of Gotham to start to talk about Vlad Co's new business partners and their sickly son. It wasn't long after for Bruce Wayne to gain some interest as well.
The first time Bruce met the Fentons was at a gala with Masters introducing them. Jack, Maddie, and Their son. He was also able to observe that he looked more sickly in person. With deep eye bags, pale skin, and how thin he was. It made Bruce's heart ache thinking what the boy about Tim's age had been having to endure.
The conversation contuied. Danny nervously fidgeting, only giving curt responses. Mr Fenton laughed, joking about how Danny didn't like fancy events. He excused Danny, telling him to grab something to eat. Danny nodded and rushed away, grabbing food and settling down in a nestled in a far back conner.
Bruce continued talking to the enthusiastic pair, talking glances at the boy occasionally. He felt some of his tension relax when spotting Tim taking a seat near Danny.
After the gala Tim and Bruce got together and compared notes. They both came to one conclusion.
They needed to find out more.

Danny is going to get adopted and the GIW is going to be torn down. Rich white guy using his powers for good, the government has no chance
Due to Danny's ghostly nature, he misunderstands a bit when his DOOMED buddy in Gotham complains about his little brother.
The guy is clearly just blowing off steam, talking about how can he trust the little demon when he'd literally been stabbed, thrown off a banister (danny was pretty sure he was gonna say something else), got Mufasa'd (dropped from the roof and barely managed to save himself), and talked shit like, constantly.
And Danny, with all of his ghost instincts only partially tucked away behind human skin, can't help but coo.
"Aww, he must really like you man."
"...He's tried to kill me."
"But not really? Dude, why aren't you picking up on this?"
"Picking up on what? That he wants to be an only child?"
"No, dude; that he wants to fight you. Like, in a learning way, with only a little bloodshed. Man you're bad with kids. Of course he's trying to stab you, he wants to play."
His friend pauses, the character he's playing stopping midfight.
"You...aren't human, are you?"
Fuck.

Danny is furious. Sam is furious. Dani is furious. Even Val is furious. And Tucker is fighting from the inside.
Something dared to possess his friend. Someone that was his, theirs.
The JL is about to deal with a bunch of Supervillains who don't give a shit about the US Government, Can't be stopped by mortal means, and are tearing through everything to get to Dr. Fate.
General thought of "You couldn't have picked a different host." The JL doesn't want to face the moral ramifications that Dr. Fate is a being that possesses people, taking their freewill and lives away, and basically consuming them but these new villains are making them.
Maybe Everlasting Trio with Dani as their kid?
They are facing beings that have taken out Pariah Dark! (Who was based off of Darkseid) Very important beings in the structure of the Infinite Realms, who are desperate to get their family member back.
And the JL is faced with a host who actually gives Dr. Fate a struggle and demonstrates how terrible it is to be possessed. But Danny is more than willing to show them what it's like to be possessed until he gets his boyfriend/husband back at his side.
Make them feel the fear and loss of control that they are allowing to happen to Tucker.
Maybe a scene where the 4 of them stand before the defeated Justice League (I want to say Captain Marvel and a few others refused to fight) with Dr. Fate in the center. Dr. Fate is still holding on to his arrogance.
"Who do you think you are? All of this for one human?" And Danny is snarling eyes pure Lazarus green.
"I am Phantom, of the Infinite Realms, the keeper of the gate, the balance, the human sacrificed tied back to his body. I am the one who locked Pariah Dark back into his coffin." Dr. Fate almost seems to falter and the JL is waiting. "And you are the one that dared to steal my beloved from me." He cackled almost maniacally.
"Get Papa back for us Daddy!" The youngest girl shouts.
"Oh he will." The woman that seemed like an upgraded form of Poison Ivy cooed.
Phantom twisted and dove for Dr. Fate and seamlessly melts into his body. "You think you're the only asshole who can possess people." Came out of Tucker's mouth as the JL looked on in horror, each remembering their bodies being taken from them in the battle.
DP X DC Prompt #59
Dr. Fate has a new host, Tucker Foley.

DCxDP: Consequences of Science
Bad Parents!Fentons.
In this they realize their experiments have effects on their kids and don't stop them.Danny in this has to use a wheelchair in his human form because of the portal frying his nerves. It's a bit better when he's Phantom.
They did once catch Phantom but they were stopped before they could continue dissecting him by Jazz distracting them with a fake battle with Dani (They are so proud that their Daughter is ghost hunting and Phantom is strapped down tight there's no way he'll escape) and Sam and Tucker getting him out of there.
The Fenton parents die in one of their experiments. Maybe one of their weapons blew up in their faces and neither Danny nor Jazz realized for a few days since they were used to not seeing them for sometimes weeks at a time.
Alfred Pennyworth is Madeline Fenton's Uncle, which makes him the kids great Uncle. Since Aunt Alicia isn't considered a suitable guardian (maybe Vlad, maybe she doesn't have enough support,) Alfred is called up to take temporary custody.
"You do have to be informed that Daniel has to use a wheelchair and several other medical supports and both of the children are on several medications, mostly taken without notice from their parents. Both of them seem to have meta abilities but when questioned seemed unwilling to speak about it, and I have been informed that a Miss Ellie might show up, if they stay with you? They won't explain that one."
The Manor is tense and waiting for Alfred's Niece and Nephew to arrive with bated breath.
The day they are driven to Wayne Manor Alfred, Bruce, and Dick wait for them out front of the house.
Jazz gets out of the car first, a gaunt, pale girl with scars along her body where they can see them and a manic light in her eyes that reminded Bruce of Harley. He tenses and takes note that her eyes linger on him the longest and something in her tightens with fear.
She makes quick work removing her brothers wheelchair from the trunk of the vehicle and getting it ready for her brother before reaching into the car to support him as he transfers over.
Danny, even paler than his sister with lichtenberg figures on his face leading onto his arms. His hand tremble and eyes glow. There's something not quite human about him.
Alfred steps forward to greet them and Welcomes them.
"Good lord," Dick murmures to Bruce "What happened to them?"
The children hear him, both their heads turning sharply in a way that seems painful.
"Our parents were Mad Scientists Mr. Grayson. What do you think happened to us?" It's Jazz who snaps out. Seeming fearful, but not of him, not of him.
Her eyes linger on Bruce for a second and he is suddenly reminded of the picture Alfred has of his niece and her husband and how much he looks like Jack Fenton. He swallows back his nausea.
"You will be safe here." He swear.
Danny snorts "I'll believe that when I see it."

DPXDC: Alfred's (Vampire?) Past
Vlad went through a full redemption and attempted to be a good parent to Elizabeth (Dani, Danielle, Ellie, El, Elizabeth) and Danny. And he was and is. When they had to flee to the realms he kept in touch but managed to erase himself completely and get a new identity.
Vlad became Alfred Pennyworth
He became a thespian as it was always his calling and in the end ends up the butler to a couple of billionaires which his kids won't stop laughing at him about.
In the end he ends up raising a black haired orphan who later became a vigilante. His kids liked to tease him for that as well.
All of the bats are aware that Alfred isn't normal but he's Alfred. Unchanging, always there, maybe a bit inhuman but he's still family!
One day they hear a knocking at the door and it's not Alfred who answers. It's two people who look about in their twenties and their both injured.
The boy (Danny) calls out for Vlad and Alfred is there, faster than humanly possible.
"Who hurt you?" He asks his eyes flashing red and fangs peaking out. The boy flashes fangs in return.
"Fentons." He coughs out "El, lost a lot though Vlad."
Alfred extends his wrist to the girl and she lunges for it and sinks fangs into it. They sink to the ground together, less dignified than the watching Wayne's have ever seen him.
"I've got you little ones. Remember what I promised?" The boy with fangs laughs and relaxes and the waiting Batfam listens closely
"Your enemies are my enemies, your hurts are my hurts, you are of my blood and pain, and I have given myself for you. I will love you untill the stars fade from the sky and even after. My blood is yours as you need and everything you need I will make sure you have. I chose you my little ones, when you died my hole opened in my chest and it did not close. Not even hunters will come between us."
He recites like it's from memory and it probably is. Bruce is suddenly reminded that Alfred (Vlad?) Was in theatre for a reason.
All of this is happening in the entry and the Wayne's are left with one looming question
Is Alfred Dracula????

DPxDC: Fuck around and find out (literally)
John Constantine is an absolute whore and has slept his way through a good chunk of Danny's Allies as well as his enemies.
So he's slept with like Clockwork, Frostbite, and Wulf (and the Fenton Parents but that was another thing)
But he's also slept with Ember and Skulker (separately and together), Box Ghost, Spectra(!!!), Undergrowth, Vortex, and even Pariah Dark. He seduced Walker out of Arresting him
Danny's so done with John Constantine slutting around the Infinite Realms and he can never look at any of his parental units again (except for Pandora and thank Ancients she has sense)
So when the Justice League, including John Demon-fucker Constantine, summon a spirit of hope because some weird fucking Plant-woman (Sam) says that if they don't she knows how to mind control and she's being backed up by an honest to god Pharaoh and Danny arrives in the circle the first thing he says is
"Ancients No!" And covers his face.
The Plant lady and Pharaoh laugh at him and are collapsing in giggles on the floor.
"Um Hi?" It's Green Lantern who asks "What's going on here?"
"That's John Constantine." The Spirit of Hope Deadpans
"And?" It's Batman who makes it sound like both a demand and a question
"I'm an Infinite Realms being."
"Oh bugger." Constantine bites out, it's almost a whimper
"And is that he's a whore. Not even a soul whore which I can respect because of the headache he causes the Observants. I'll even respect him for his hustle, but he has fucked around with so many of my enemies and my family members and I really don't want to think about them that way." He sends a glare at the Pharaoh and Plant Lady "And Sam and Tuck knew that."
"But Danny" The Pharaoh wheezes out "Don't you want to see what all the fuss is about Babe."
Danny is blushing green but he also looks frustrated
"He fucked my Dad who if I need to remind you is the Personification of Time and the Time streams, he fucked Uncle Frostbite who is a full Yeti who doesn't even look a little human!" Danny is on a role as the JL members look at Constantine who's starting to blush
"He slept with Wulf who is a giant bipedal wolf with no human form," He wails "He slept with Spectra who literally feeds on Negative emotions and has killed so many people I don't even want to know how that relationship went!"
The JL is starting to realize that the entire Plant Lady and Pharaoh thing might have been two teenage beings playing a prank on their best friend. And it's all Constantines fault
"He slept with Undergrowth, Sam, who might I add is your father and God of nature." The Plant Lady, Sam, sat up
"Wait what?!" But Danny was on a role
"He slept with Vortex! The Ancient of storms and weather. He fucked around with Ember and Skulker! Skulker is literally a type of Blob ghost when he's outside of his metal suit! Did Constance fuck the metal suit!"
Zatanna glared as Constantine who was definitely blushing
"He seduced my Grandfather out of Arresting him for his crimes, he slept with Pariah Dark the last king of the realms the guy who went evil and pulled our home from one side of the veil to the other! He fucked my mortal parents guys! And Worse.." he seemed to pause for effect "He slept with Boxy!"
The two others lost their minds
"He what!"
"Before or after he got married to Lunch Lady?"
"Maybe he also fucked LL?"
"What about their kid?"
"Is he a homewrecker."
"Boxy is so pathetic though. Who the hell would sleep with him."
Their voices overlapped and jumbled together.
"I KNOW!" Phantom shouted.
Batman was sure of one thing and that this was entirely John Constantine's fault

DPxDC: Alternate Universes are weird
The Regular Justice League + Batfam is dumped into a universe where many of Gotham rogues are people from Amity park.
Poison Ivy is Sam
The Riddler is Tucker
Harley Quinn is Paulina
Catwoman is Danny
Ect..
They all still have Eldritch powers of some kind and their Batman (who's liminal of some variety) ends up calling them in to deal with the issue. Liminals and ghosts fight, those are still Bruce's friends at the end of the day.
The JL is treated to an inhuman Batman who greets a disappointed Harley Quinn with scales and slitted eyes complaining that
"No matter how times I kill that fucking Clown, Pudding always comes back."
"Really what method did you try?" Poison Ivy appears
"I burnt him to crisp like a proper dragon there wasn't enough of a body! And guess what."
Batman interrupts "He showed up the next day." He says it like it's a normal occurrence "Can't you just get Cat to condemn his soul to eternal torment? So theres less murder." Catwoman literally appears out of the shadows with fangs in her mouth
"We finally gonna try to throw him in hell again?" She yawns
"That's not why I called you.."
"But yes." Poison Ivy interrupted "I still say we let me eat him and see if he comes back from that."
"Why'd you call me, little mouse?" she slinks over to Batman and presses a kiss to his cheek
"Visitors from another universe." He grunts out
The JL and Batfam are just watching this in shock. The Batfamily is taking notes and laughing

Ooohh. I like this take too! It's really neat
DPxDC: Young Just Us and the ghost king
So Tim Drake is basically insane right? And the His version of Teen Titans/Young Just Us equally so.
I'm proposing that they come across Danny as Phantom during one of their many ✨ interesting ✨ adventures (Like killing Santa Claus or Interdimensional baseball to save the galaxy??!!) and just make him one of theirs without ever notifying the JL or Batman (Tim Drake going "Fuck Batman" as his teammates either stare on awe or are just used to it)
Dani and Kon get on like a house on fire. They also set Vlad's house on fire with help from Bart.
Bart was vaguely terrified because he saw Dan but also going 'New Friend!'
Cassie is just impressed with Jazz and the fact that Danny knows Pandora.
Greta is glad to have another ghost around, someone who's also been hunted and experimented on by the government.
Latter when there's a threat to the Galaxy of a beast from the infinite realms and JLD is saying they'll have to summon the Ghost King to deal with the issue. Tim says "No need" and picks up his phone.
Bart in the background "We're calling Danny? Oh this is so crash."
Tim hits the contact that says 'Dead boi 2.0 💀' and says "Hey Danny, we got an issue from your realms popping up, mind helping?" And hangs up
A portal rips into the area they're at? (I'd say the Watchtower) and out steps this vaguely Eldritch teenager with a crown on his head and Starbucks for all of Young Just Us

This baby is causing problems. Not even on purpose
They find out that this 5 year old is king of the dead which means that he's basically a dead toddler+
And he's been stealing children to give them good homes because if someone had done that in his situation he might have had a better life/afterlife
His species eats Kryptonite!!! He ate it because its basically pure sugar glass for him and he's been bouncing off the walls.
He's hugging Hood and calling him an Avenger of the dead. What kind of implications does that give.
Also does Baby Danny give them a lecture??? He should!
# 28 dcxdp
5 year old King danny with access to ghost powers dose not make the best of decision
The king has been terrorizing north America for several months now he appears with a space helmet and a long and flowy cape that coves his hole body the Justice League have been trying to capture him he had stolen childer ( Danny recue them and send them somewhere that could help ) head stolen all kinds of artifact ( Danny was returning them to the people that had there Graves mess with ) he also had stolen 6 poynd of Kryptonite ( Danny was upset that this flirutloop was hogen all the candy ) and has held hostage many rich people ( Danny did it so he could get the money for the kids he help he would also send it to any family's that needed help if one of the ghost ask and would send the rest to charity) the king had appeared in Gotham in Crime Alley taken ( saving ) kids from traffickers the bat were vary worried that hood is going to kill them but when got there they find a child with the same space helmet and cape as king hugging Jason and is asked for an autograph and a lot of questions

It's funnier depending on how early in the timeline this is. Has Batman revealed himself to the League yet? If not shenanigans!
An Eldritch shadow being appears from the corners and wraps around Batman before taking a human like form.
"Who's this Bats?"
"My wife" he deadpans "Dame Gotham."
The theories that Batman is not human reach new heights.
("He is mARRied to the SPirit of the ciTY HE proTECTs!! There's no way he's fully human!")
Love how in dc x dp fanfic some authors make Lady Gotham enamored with the batfam. Whether its motherly or she's straight up in love with Bruce.
Would be absolutely hilarious though if upon Danny's first meeting with Batman, he just goes "oh, you're Lady Gotham's boy toy!" which causes unintentional chaos

DCxDP: A Mirror of a chance
Clark and Danny had a thing in College. Like a thing thing. They were off again on again but always good friends. And they continued on again off again after wards
Their secrets came out one day when Danny gave Clark a cold (neither can catch human diseases properly) and they both ended up sneezing ice.
A confusion arose from that that they were the same untill they finally got everything settled down.
Danny is fully aware that Clark/Kal-El is Superman and that he's one of the last survivors of Krypton, they bond over being one of a few, though Danny is a little different.
To the best of Clarks knowledge Danny is half interdimensional alien (which he technically is) and that being a halfa is so rare that some of his species have attacked him because of it (also true) and the the realms of the dead connect into one dimensional area (he's still having trouble putting together that Danny is half-ghost and half-dead)
When the Meta protection acts are put in place they override the Anti-ecto acts and Danny calls him sobbing with relief.
This means that Clark ends up with friends with powers similar enough to him that he feels more comfortable with himself.
When Connor is found, Clark calls Danny immediately since he knows he has experience. (Also they're on again)
Danny Phantom steps out of a portal and gets weapons pointed at him before Superman tells them to stand down
"I called him in." Danny darts up to him and kisses his cheek
"Now who's the mirrorborn, sorry the clone?" Superboy awkwardly raises his hand while glowering
"He'll fit right in, won't he. My daughter will be so happy to know she isn't the only mirrorborn, her batch mates all dissolved you see." He leans close to Superboy looking sad.
"That's why I called you. You have experience with this." Clark rubs the back of his neck. "I'm unsure if there's any programing I should break and you were there for me with some of my powers so..."
"Of course Sunlight. We'll figure something out." Danny waves "Now kiddo do you have a name."
The JL, Young Justice, and the Young mirror are blindsided (except for Batman, he keeps files on all allies)
"A name?" The boy asks
"My daughters Creator" he spoke the words with venom "called my daughter Danielle, or Dani with an I after me. We call her Elizabeth Proxima or Elle."
"Um. I don't have one." Superman turns to Danny
"Should I give him a Kryptonian or human name?" He whispers
"Let him make that choice, we just need something to call him for now."
"I can hear you you know?" The boy grumbled "The scientists called me Superboy or project Kryptonite."
"We'll figure something out." Phantom bounced "oh Sunshine you're asking me to raise a baby with you." Kal rubbed the back of his neck.
"I mean yeah."
"You do know that in my culture that's almost as much of a proposal as the bodies of your enemies." Clark is left spluttering for answers

DPxDC: Amity employs Gaslight
Every Teenager in Amity Park knows that Fenton = Phantom. There's only so many times you can run out of class only for a ghost to show up, get called ghost boy in human form, or transform in public before people start to catch on.
When the JL comes to finally investigate the town everyone insists that Phantom doesn't exist. That's he's just a character from a DnD campaign that became an urban legend because the town has lots of ghost stories.
The adults see this as teenagers protecting their classmate/friend and go along with it.
It's even better if you can't see ghosts unless you have some ecto esposure unless the ghost is trying really hard. So the JL doesn't see any ghosts just the aftermath and damage.
Someone ends up asking where the damage came from and Tucker deadpans "We're really serious about DnD roleplay."
After all if Phantom were real, or any of the other ghosts, the government has declared ghosts non-sentient. So Phantom absolutely does not exist. Phantom is theirs damnit and no one is taking him from the town.
Gaslight, Gatekeep, Girlboss. While Danny literally has been just bouncing around playing pranks on the JL and enjoying the chaos. When they finally see him and use it as proof.
"Dude that's just a hologram created by the son of the local mad scientists. Nothing ghostly or magic about that."
The JL is going slowly insane while Batman has checked out, he's used to his kids trying to gaslight him and knows this isn't going to end well even before all of the teenagers pull out weapons
