I don’t want to sound ungrateful because Smash Bros. is an absolutely insane gaming series and I am so bloody excited for the upcoming games. That said there are a few things that are annoying me a bit after seeing the unlockables today. I am aware I could be writing this too early and that every character may not yet be unlocked but it does seem to be the case.

- I am a bit disappointed at how many characters you can play as straight away… Makes no sense to me why they wouldn’t make it a bit more limited & therefore fun unlocking certain characters.

- Dr. Mario, Lucina & Dark Pit but not Ridley, Mewtwo, Krystal or other hugely requested characters… Why?! Why not just put them as character alts like they did with Alph rather than using roster spaces. Meh.

- Certain characters alternate costumes / colour swaps... Some they have are amazing but other great ones seem to be missing. Here are a few I would have loved to have seen.. Mr. L, Dry Bowser, Daisy (full alt), Birdo, Shadow, Lucas, Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf, Ms. Pacman & Wario classic costume.

Yesterday a 17 year female, who attends Lancaster High School in California, was beaten by a football player, on school grounds, for being gay. After receiving over a dozen blows to her jaw, head, eye and head, all he received was a 5 day suspension by the Lancaster School District. She suffered from a fractured jaw and multiple concussions to the head and the Deputy Sheriff advised her mother to re-think her wanting to file charges against the football player because her daughter pushed him back. The school ended up documenting "assault" charges on the victims school file, NOT the football players!!! To make things worse, the Deputy Sheriff warned the victim, by saying, "Just so you know, if you file charges against him, I'm taking his side." We're attempting to raise awareness and bring this story to light because Lancaster High School is trying to sweep this "Hate Crime" under the rug!

Been playing a bit of Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale lately what with the new Smash Bros coming out very soon. Got me thinking that with a few tweaks, extra characters & game modes a sequel would look great on the PS4 🎮 Along with being a saddo and creating a potential roster I have also decided to then recreate the Super Smash Bros promotional artwork for when Robin, Lucina & Captain Falcon were revealed, but solely with Playstation characters. Hopefully will get the line art on this finished up later in the week ✏️

Given that Smash Bros is out pretty soon globally I thought tonight I’d play a spot of Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale. Got me thinking that with a few tweaks, extra characters and gameplay modes that a sequel would be quite the game on the PS4. I’ve probably forgotten some extremely obvious candidates that should be in such a game but here is my own dream roster based on the games I’ve played throughout my ownerships of the Playstation 1, 2 & 3 and popular Sony series. Thrown in a fair few third party characters for good measure of course too :)

Never played Golden Sun so not too fussed about Isaac, especially as he's another sword user, but again, that is just my opinion. I'm not going to ever judge somebody on their characters choices on something that clearly won't affect the final games roster.. Personally I love seeing other peoples views and opinions on what characters they would like to see in the game and roster this is my personal preference, therefore my opinion. I like just going online and finding various rosters as its just fun to speculate. I haven't made this based on anything except the games I play, the characters I like and therefore what I personally would like to see.

Gone and done an updated version of my dream Smash Bros roster, it’s a big ‘ole selection of characters at a grand total of 61 but in all honesty I think it would be absolutely amazing!!! Updated many of the icons too to make them more current… Yet again, yes, there are lots of Sonic representatives but having seven 3rd party characters out of a total of sixty-one doesn’t really seem like that many to me. Just reiterating I fully realise Midna is not an option but yeah just my opinion on what I would love to see in a Smash Bros game :)
