Which season had the most touches?

If at ALL possible, and If you'd be so inclined, could we get maybe some statistics about the whole project?

ok so i ran the numbers but i won't be sure about s15 until i go through things a bit more carefully but i think this might surprise some of you. please remember that i counted every tiny touch i could see, separating things like punches/hits that were happening in the same scene - for e.g. that fight in s13 w/time traveling cas has a whole bunch - and also counting all the times they touched while someone was possessed (i.e. michael!dean and casifer). anyway here's the breakdown:

season 4 = 6 season 5 = 22 season 6 = 11 season 7 = 11 season 8 = 20 season 9 = 13 season 10 = 10 season 11 = 16 season 12 = 18 season 13 = 26 season 14 = 29 season 15= approx 22 (i still have to finish my deep dive to be sure)

shocking right? that the seasons right after someone comes back from the dead are the touchiest? ;)

and yes i am absolutely inclined to be doing some stats, in fact i already started doing some counting, but i'll save those kinda things for the end.

if anyone wants to see some other specific stats feel free to drop in the replies of this post and i'll see what i can do :)

How long did this massive and fantastic project take?

well... as you can see from my first post, i started this blog on march 23 of last year. so i suppose it's taken just about a year.

i've taken breaks, of course. i haven't been giffing for this every day, so i guess it could've taken a lot less time than it has.

actually last night i finally finished going through the rest of the episodes looking for scenes. i'd say there are somewhere from 10-20 left, and almost half of them are in 15x18 which I already pretty much giffed for nov. 5th last year (i'll still be making separate sets for each because why wouldn't i).

i guess it would be cool to wrap up around the 1 year mark, but as that's 4 days away i'd say it's not gonna happen. there is however one pretty cool thing i recently figured out with regards to the final number, but i'm gonna hold off on telling you all until i'm completely certain of what number that will be.

i'm glad you've enjoyed. and thank you to everyone who's been cheering me on. i love you all 💙💚
