TM King Ekert and Queen Olena of Trenton

After defeating his brother and becoming King, King Ekert's next mission was to find a wife. News of King Ekert's search eventually reached the shores of the Glassworth. At the time, Glassworth was an island kingdom off the southern shores of Trenton.

King Ferdinand, later to be known as the Last King of Glassworth, proposed the idea his only child and heir, Crown Princess Olena, marry King Ekert and merge the two kingdoms. Glassworth was a prosperous kingdom and King Ferdinand was beloved by his people. King Ekert initially believed this proposal to be some sort of trick.

Out of desperation, King Ferdinand sent his wife, Queen Anya, and daughter to Trenton to try and reason with King Ekert. Even if Ekert refused to marry the princess, King Ferdinand wanted his wife and child to be safe. What King Ekert didn't know was King Ferdinand's exiled brother King Darien, self proclaimed King of Brido, was planning to attack Glassworth and Glassworth did not have the military strength to oppose them.

As the son of King Epidarius, a man that defeated tyrants and united the kingdoms of Trenitalia, King Ekert knew he needed to support Glassworth. Upon their marriage, Crown Princess Olena of Glassworth became HM Queen Olena of Trenton, Duchess of Glassworth. Glassworth became a duchy of Trenton and was now supported by the full force of Trenton's military. King Darien's forces were defeated and he returned to Brido empty handed.

To honor King Ferdinand's sacrifice, King Ekert decreed that the Duchy of Glassworth would only be held by the consort of the current reigning monarch.

King Ekert and Queen Olena had one child, Princess Edwena (she'll get her own moment in history at some point)

I'm working on updating the country pages! What are your thoughts on the character page layout for the members of the RF rather than a portrait?

Basic information

Current Monarch: King Kristopher II

Heir: Crown Prince Tristen

Notable Facts:

Druzar is know for their strong army.

They have a long standing alliance with Grateron.

Polygamy is legal but is mostly practiced by nobles or royals.

While there is no law dictating it, Druzar is male primogeniture. There has been no Queen Regent in the history of the country.

Only children sired by the King and Queen will receive the title of prince(ess). Children sired by the king and his other wives will be addressed as Lord or Lady.

Valta (VNN) - The royal press office released a new official portrait of the Queen in celebration of her birthday today. Queen Consort Morosina De'Cremonesi-Grimani circa 1861-1932 Born as the second daughter of the Viscount of Trieste, Lady Morosina was considered plain in looks and thought. This characterization was paid no mind to a certain prince, who overlooked her beauty to instead gaze upon the immense riches of her father. Married to a man two decades her senior, she was famously unhappy. Many considered her a prude, drab, and a woman who didn't deserve the fortune of marrying into the coveted De Cremonesi House. Queen Vittoria De'Cremonesi circa 1890-1943 The only Queen of the 20th century, Vittoria made a name for herself in all the ways that didn't matter. She spent her days living lavishly under the jewels and lights of the Jazz Age. Her parties were known far and wide. The most notorious names of the time graced her halls. Anyone of any birthright, class, talent, or profession could gain an invitation. AN: I have the first half of chapter 6 roughly planned 🥳 I’m slowly working on some media pages/magazine articles and a few bts posts that will cover important events that happen between where we left off in BRHP and where my main story picks up. One of the things that I will be posting periodically are these journal entries. There are about 6 of them and they start around the time Edith was diagnosed with cancer until shortly after her passing.

I miss shrimpessa but I’m excited to get back to my main sims ❤️
