Shisuta lives in a medium-sized one-story house with her adopted daughter, Aranai, who often stays with her more than six times out of the week.

She and her ex-husband used to sleep together in the current guest bedroom. After they divorced, Shisuta decided to move into another bedroom in the house, so as not to think about him.

Aranai's room used to be just a spare room in the house. But after she started spending more and more time with her surrogate mother, she decided to change one of the rooms into her own bedroom, filling it with memorabilia from her Bōsōzoku days. Her bedroom in her actual house is pretty bare since she moved all of her stuff to Shisuta's house.

A truly pious and religious individual, almost every room of Shisuta's house, save Aranai's bedroom and the guest room, are filled with crosses and religious icons.

Her living room, at first, didn't have a T.V., as Shisuta isn't big on television. After Aranai moved in, she bought a cheap smart T.V. to watch whenever she comes over.

She and Aranai often split turns between who cooks. Mainly, Shisuta does most of the cooking since Aranai orders take-out, and because she's not a vegetarian like her mom is.

Her garden is filled with various flowers and plants that she either grew herself or bought from the flower shop that she works at.

The flower shop she works at is only a 10-minute walk from her house. She is the only member of Sakurai Clan to not own a motorized vehicle, though she does own a license.

⚖️ Tidbits ⚖️

Kisouna lives in a medium-sized two-story house with her daughter, Yomi. The two of them are the only occupants since Kisouna's husband passed.

Her room is filled with various books on law, the judicial system, politics and other important information needed in her day-to-day career. Above her bed is her J.D. degree, which she obtained the same year her husband proposed to her.

The guest bedroom was a spare room that she and her husband never used. It is often used to accommodate Aranai, Shisuta, or her sister when any of them stay over for various reasons.

Her daughter's bedroom is filled with various dolls and other pink ornaments suited for a four-year-old child.

She modeled her study after her actual office at work. Ironically, she spends more time in that room than in other room in the house.

Aside from her bedroom, her daughter's bedroom and her study, the rest of the Yuzairu house is pretty bare. This is because Kisouna adopts a minimalistic lifestyle, believing that unnecessary ornaments and furniture aren't required to make a house a 'home'. Plus, it saves her time on cleaning. As such, she doesn't get many visitors, not she minds.

Her backyard is considered Yomi's Play Area, which is where her daughter often goes with her and her friends to play when they are tired of being inside. Kisouna often allows her to play outside when she is watching her, as it gives her time to catch up on her work.

Shisuta is not the only lady on received a valentine gift

Kisouna raised an eyebrow with light surprise when she saw certain journalist and that he had in hands

Nellie was infront of her with a blush and a bouquet of several flowers

"hi Yuzairu-san... i don't know if you like valentine but i can't helo but give you something"-Nellie said giving her the bouquet

To say Kisouna was a bit surprised at being given a Valentine's Day gift would be an understatement. She certainly didn't go out of her way to participate in this holiday. Not that she didn't believe in true love, but because she had more important things on her mind. Plus, she had put away things like, 'love', 'romance' and other such things on her backwall since she was so busy with her goal of getting rid of all crime in Japan. So for someone to give her anything was very shocking.

Still, it wasn't unwelcome. And better for the person to be someone that Kisouna had a good opinion of, like Nellie-san. Taking the bouquet from him, she gave him a smile and a nod of the head.

"Thank you, Nellie-san. I'll be sure to take good care of these."

It was late into the evening when a certain nun in Ueno received a gift. Inside the gift were two items the first was an edible fruit arrangement and the other item was a beautiful cherry blossom bonzai. 

“Sorry if this is a bit too forward but Happy Valentine’s Day Shisuta-san. Just a thanks for everything you’ve done for me. I hope you enjoy them.”

Shisuta gasped, covering her mouth as she looked at the gifts her good friend, Ayumu had bequeathed her. She smiled at the fruit arrangement and how it was arranged. She promised herself she'd make this into a lovely fruit salad for lunch tomorrow. Placing it in her refrigerator, she then turned her attention to the bonsai tree, and how smiled as the smell from the flowers filled the air. Looking at it reminded her that she still had much work to do when it came to pruning her own bonsai trees.

...Speaking of which, that gave her an excellent idea on how to reciprocate Ayumu...

Several hours later...

"Daddy, daddy!"

While he was busy cooking for himself and his daughter, Ayumu looked at his daughter came rushing up to him, excited.

"Yes, what is it, sweetheart?"

"Miss Shisuta sent you some gifts!"

Hearing of the nun's name made Ayumu inhale sharply, especially upon hearing that she had sent something. Following his daughter to the doorway to their house, he looked as on the doorstep were two gifts placed in boxes. Picking them up, he brought them inside in the living room and opened them, his daughter watching him. His eyes grew wide at what was inside both.

Inside the first was a bonsai tree, similar to the one that Ayumu had sent her. The only difference was Shisuta's was covered in cherry blossoms, which wasn't a surprise considering she lived in the city of Ueno, which was known for their cherry blossom trees. What's more, the tree also had beautiful red and gold theme, befitting of Valentine's Day.

The second gift featured a small yet delicious and colorful brownie cake that featured a small monk-like character and a message that said, 'Happy Valentine's Day', which was addressed to him. Inside the box was a message, also addressed to him, which read:

'There aren't enough words that I can say that I can express myself with. So, instead I will simply speak a verse from 1 Corinthians 16:14, which reads:

"Let all that you do be done with love."

Happy Valentine's Day to you, Ayumu-san.

P.S. Say hello to Sara-chan for me.'

Round 1 — Shisuta: "I must admit, this is my first time actually participating in one of these events, albeit as a judge. I don't know how good I will be, but I'll do my best to judge everyone fairly."

America's Sweethearts: "I personally like Ace-san's Chinese apparel. I've never been to China before, but I've always found their style of dress quite fascinating. And while I'm not familiar with how styles of dress have changed over the years, I find Evelyn-san's attire to be very... authentic."

The Dark Canvas: "I know it seems a little oxymoron for someone who always wears a black dress, but I've never really been one for dark colors. However, you two make it work very well. I'm not the best person to criticize when it comes to fashion choices, I'm afraid."

The Deities: "...Putting aside my dislike for the blatant disrespect of your team name, I must say that Lola-san, you're attire is certainly... *coughs* very risque and daring. Not something I could ever hope to emulate or do. And Karada-san, your suits, like your Lola-san's, are very... revealing, which is... nice, I suppose."

Angelic Facade: "Both young men look very colorful and lovely in their outfits. Truthfully, it's hard to find a difference between the two, but that's miniscule. Both of you look very nice."

"Power Couple": "I really like the fact that your outfit colors match. And it's a beautiful color, as well. I've always admired the color 'green'. You both did very well mimicking each other's attire."

Phantom Powwow: "You both are very cute together! Like I stated with Lola and Karada-san's attire, I couldn't wear clothing that shows any of my skin. But you both make it wear very well. I adore the Lolita-appeal you both are showing. Nicely done, both of you."

Inferno Pair: "For a long time since I've known you, you've always worn what looks like a modern jumpsuit, Luis-san. So to see you wearing something besides that is certainly... surprising. Not that that is a bad thing, of course! You make Aoba-san's attire really shine, and vice-versa."

Blue Blaze: "As I mentioned before, I've never been big on dark clothing, surprisingly. Dark is good in moderation, but having too much of it makes it seem very... depressing. So... as good as your attire is Kaoru-chan, I can't really say I like it much. Lyall-san's, on the other hand, I like that he added a bit of 'blue' to his style. It made it seem a lot more... vibrant."

Master & Servant: "I must say, I'm surprised neither of you received any points this round considering you both did well in mimicking the other's style. While I'm not sure about showing any skin, I do like Sakura-san's casual-formal attire, as well as Yano-kun's tank shirt."

Valkyrie's Resonance: "Like Reiaki-chan mentioned, I don't think I've ever seen you wearing a dress, Eldrid-san. This is my humble opinion, but I think you should considering doing it more often, because you look beautiful. And Kirumi-chan, I like your casual look, as well. I'm not sure about ripped jeans, but aside from that, I like both of your attires."

Judges

We took in careful consideration for our judges for this pageant. Five judges to judge our contestants fairly without any prejudice or biases, we searched high and low across all of the divisions before selecting the following…

Chibi Sakurai Clan (New Year's Ver.)

"You seem a lot more comfortable at this event than you did for the Christmas one, Shisuta."

"Oh, well... I've mainly been looking forward to wearing my kimono all year. I seldom find a chance to wear it. Plus, I think it's mainly because this outfit doesn't force me to show my skin much. A shame Chuohku didn't allow me to wear my veil, however."

"I see. ...And I'm glad to see that you've, at least, put an effort to make your outfit look good, Aranai."

"..."

"...Aranai-chan?"

"..."

"What is wrong with you?"

"...Hmm? Nothing's wrong with me."

"Then may I ask what is with the silent treatment?"

"I'm just being cautious, okay?!"

"Cautious? ...Ah, of Chuohku, you mean?"

"Well, duh! I mean, this is only the second party they've hosted in a week that they've demanded that we attend. And for what?"

"You know as well as I do that trying to figure out the reason and logic behind Chuohku's methods is a waste of time, Aranai."

"Yeah, but still, I don't like this. What exactly are those bi... those women planning?"

"That is the question, isn't it?"

It was bright and cheerful on this lovely Christmas morning in Ueno, and Aranai Norikoru was lounging around the living room this Christmas when she heard a knock at the door. Standing up, the pink haired woman walked over to the door and opened it. Only to find a package addressed to her on the doorstep. Bringing it inside Aranai set it on the counter to open it. 

Inside the box was a new motorcycle tool kit. It was black and red and filled with all sorts of tools. Picking it up, Aranai was surprised when something fell out and quickly reached out to grab it. It was a keychain with a shiny pink cherry blossom charm on the end. Finally, she noticed a note, picked it up, and began to read. 

Norikoru,

Merry Christmas. I’m more than likely going to regret this, but here's a new toolbox for that motorcycle of yours. God knows how many hours my wife spent on hers, and I have the feeling you're the same. Also, the key chain is actually from my daughter. The minute she heard I was doing this Secret Santa, she wanted to give you a little something as well.

Aranai had to admit, she certainly didn't expect to receive a gift from the Chief of Police, of all people. He had Boss Lady to blame for this. Ever since the D.R.B. started, more and more teams have been joining up. And for some reason or other, local law enforcement have felt the need to intervene as well. It's like they figured since one cop was already in, that meant that they all should join in.

Not surprisingly, Aranai didn't have a good relationship with the police. Aside from the fact that she was a former rebel without a cause, she hated how the police tended to push their weight around. Oh, she was perfectly aware that there was some good cops out there. The only problem is, the good tended to get mixed in with the bad, which made it hard to tell which was which.

As stated, she didn't really care much for the boys in blue. But because she was on a team with a prosecuting attorney, who worked hand-in-hand with the police, that, unfortunately, meant that she, as a proxy, was forced to work with the police, as well. She worked with them, but she didn't have to like it. And when the time came for her and her team to face a cop in the D.R.B., she was going to enjoy wailing on them.

Looking at the gifts that Seiji had given her, she had to admit, the cop had good taste. He didn't know his wife, but he sure as hell would like to meet her.

"I'd better keep this quiet from Boss Lady," Aranai said. "If she finds out the Chief of Police is giving me gifts, I'll never hear the end of it..."

Meanwhile, Aranai was getting a gift of her own. Shisha Heisha was about to get one herself.  She had just finished praying for today’s occasion when she heard a knock at the door. Approaching it, Shisuta opened it a peek. Only to find a package addressed to her.  Picking it up, she brought it inside to open it.

Inside was a collection of candles and a vase of flowers. There were peonies, violets, and hydrangeas that matched the selects on the candles. Seeing a note inside the box, Shisuta picked it up and began to read.

 Merry Christmas. You were hard to pick a gift for.

Shisuta was quite shocked to see gifts from the Yakuza member. The two, unfortunately, did not have a good relationship after Shisuta was forced to call her friend, Kisouna, to have them arrested after they had were harassing the customers in the flower shop she worked in. She didn't want to resort to violence, so she had asked them kindly to leave. When they refused, the nun was left with no other option but to call the local authorities to have them apprehended, which no doubt put a dour look on their relationship. She had also heard from Luis in Aoyama that they had tried to do the same thing to his restaurant. So you can imagine why Shisuta was so shocked.

Still, the gift was nice, and she did not have to go out of her way to send them. So for Sakura to do so, was a kind gesture. The nun took the gifts she had sent, all the while praying that someday the Yakuza member would open her eyes and realize she didn't have to resort to crime or intimidation to get things done.
