Just a little check in. So my original weight was 250lbs 🤢 but i just hit the 230s. Yes I’ve been restricting a lot and work definitely helps as well. I wear an apple watch from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to bed, so it helps keep track of all the calories i burn through out the day. My goal is to be 216lbs, that’s where barbie from euphoria is, and that’s my ultimate goal for now. I will update once I hit that or lower.

Day 2~~~
day 2~~ yeah yeah..its 1 am but im here to check in. Went to work and didnt eat anything. I work at starbucks so you can see how tempting that it. I got this protein box, it had 450 calories. Then I came home and we ordered pho and spring rolls. At that point I just hate myself. I heard about the "grapefruit diet." And honestly, i wanna do it but in my own way. Like basically live off of grapefruit lol. Idk. I know my limit is 1000 calories a day. But I want to lower it to 700-800. Anywayy, yall ever feel like rue from euphoria, but with food? yeah, we live off of bingeing, then not eating for days bevause we feel guilty, vaping until we throw up, and drinking monsters at 1 am.

Day 1~ So i ate literally nothing today until around 7. I consumed like 600 calories which was great. Then I gave in and ate this rice stuff my mom bought. BUT THEN I got super nauseous ( i am now) from vaping. It happens when you do it wayy to much. So i threw up (literally liquid) and it didnt help. So now i just feel sick and dizzy. Sooo to sum up the day, i sucked and then overdosed. I am gonna lie down, i literally feel terrible.
