attempting to (successfully) fast for today but I can’t go without my iced drinks so here is how I make my 90 calorie iced mocha coffee! 🫶🏻☕️🍫
10oz Chobani cold brew
1/2 cup soy milk (frothed it separately w cocoa powder to make cold foam on top!)
Spoonful of Hershey choc syrup
Spoonful of cocoa powder

Was doing so good today at staying at my goal calories for the day and not overeating until I went over to my moms house today and then I ate a ton and I feel like crap now 😩 missing that empty feeling.. lax tea here I come🤞🏼

what I ate today:
Matcha latte w/ oat milk & agave around 11:30am
tiny piece of banana bread
carrots/cucumber w/ plain hummus
lentil soup w/ potato/carrot/spinach/tomato nutritional yeast
been craving chocolate so bad so I caved and ate a couple pieces and a small piece of a Whole Foods vegan brownie 😩 hoping tomorrow is better
