Sheikh Hasina University is a public university in Bangladesh’s government. On January 30, 2017, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina passed the policy of setting up a university in Netrakona district in a regular cabinet, which was chaired by the Prime Minister. Requirements for A unit:

For SSC candidates in both science and equivalent and HSC / equivalent examinations.

The minimum GPA (with the fourth subject) 3.0 should be computed with the total GPA (with the fourth subject) 6.5 and HSC / equivalent examination.

In O level exams, five subjects, including physics, chemistry, mathematics, and mathematics in A level, have to pass on any one of the subjects in mathematics and physics or chemistry.

Requirements for B Unit:

Eligible SSC candidates in both science and equivalent and HSC / equivalent examination Should have minimum GPA (with the fourth subject) 3.0 Total GPA (with the fourth subject) 6.5, and HSC / equivalent examination should have biology.

In O level exams, there must be five subjects, including physics, chemistry, biology, and any level of biological and physics or chemistry or mathematics in A level exams.

Requirements for C Unit:

Passed SSC or equivalent in HSC and HSC equivalent examinations should have both GPA (with the fourth subject) 3.0 with total GPA (including the fourth subject) 6.5 and HSC / equivalent exam both in both biology and mathematics.

In O level examinations, five subjects, including physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology, and A level exams must be passed in biology and mathematics.

Requirements for D unit (group change):

Science / Business Education / Passing SSC of Humanities or equivalent and HSC equivalent test should have a minimum GPA (with the fourth subject) 2.5 GPA (including the fourth subject) inclusive of 6.0.

Humanities department students should have statistics/mathematics in the HSC for admission to the Statistics Department.

O / A level students who have at least two relevant departments can apply.

Requirements for E unit:

In SSC of Humanities or equivalent and HSC equivalent test, the minimum GPA (including the fourth subject) will be 5.5 inclusive of GPA (with the fourth subject) in both examinations.

O / A level students who have at least two Humanitarian branches will be able to apply.

Requirements for F Unit:

In the Business Education branch, the SSC or equivalent of both the SSC and HSC equivalent examinations must have minimum GPA (with the fourth subject) in total 2.5 GPA (including the fourth subject) with 6.0.

O / A level students who have at least two business education departments can apply. Under the C grade of any subject of O and A level, the application will not be accepted.

To get online NSTU Admission forms and filling the online admission form:

The applicant must complete the NSTU Admission test related to the admissions website (https://nstu.admission.online). The applicant can see the admission related information, links, and notice on this site.

Before entering the website, the following things will be kept with.

Scanned or digitized camera 300 x 300-pixel size, a colored image (jpg). The file size will not exceed 100 KB.

300 x 80-pixel size scanned one signature (jpg) (boldly sign the black ink on the paper and then scan it). The file size will not exceed 60 KB.

For online admission, bKash or DBBL pay 800 / – (with all charges) money. After the payment has been completed, the mobile will send an SMS immediately, where the transaction ID will be mentioned. You must save this Transaction ID.

To fulfill the form, you will need to input the Transaction ID (each unit will have to collect the Transaction ID by paying a separate payment of 800 / – (all charges)).

There are two options to apply on the admissions website.

For those who have passed an HSC / equivalent etc.

Another for those who passed O-Level / A-Level or abroad. Candidates of O-Level / A-Level candidates need to collect ID by filling in the English Medium / Foreign Application form; without this, the application can not be made.

To apply for admission to HSC / equivalent candidates, click on the ‘Application’ button of the website.

After clicking on the ‘Application’ button, after applying ‘Application’ on the information page, the application number of the applicant’s Higher Secondary/equivalent examination roll number, registration number, pass name and board name and roll number of secondary/equivalent examination, registration number, give name and board name ‘ Click on the ‘Continue’ button. Click on the ‘Submit’ button.

If the form is submitted correctly, the roll number of the candidate will appear, and a confirmation SMS with the roll number will be registered to the registered mobile number.

Candidates will be given the date of downloading the Admit Card through the SMS, and the notice of the website after the seats are arranged.

  How to download the admit card:

Login to the website and click on the ‘Login’ button. On the page, the applicant’s Higher Secondary/equivalent examination roll number, pass the name and board name and secondary/equal exam roll number and click on the ‘Continue’ button.

There will be a download button next to each unit. Click this button to download the admit card.

After applying the unit, the picture, signature, and quota cannot be changed. The admission test center will be available on the website.

Comilla University is a Public University located in Comilla. It was founded in 2006. This university is approved by the University Grants Commission.   How To Apply On CUET

Rules regarding Admission of Foreign Nationals in Undergraduate Programs: 

Foreign nationals can be asked to apply, before a date which should be about one month. Before the time of admission test for a specific academic session for admission into the undergraduate courses of the University. Subject to the fulfillment of other conditions, candidates who have passed the HSC exam (after 12 years of schooling), or it’s equivalent or GCE A level examination are eligible to apply. However, the details of terms and conditions will be fixed by the respective admission committee.

Eligibility

Foreign nationals having completed their education in foreign countries shall be considered as ‘Foreign Students’

Candidates who passed Higher Secondary examination (after 12 years of schooling) or GCE A level examination or its equivalent examination from a foreign education board with ‘A’ (70-79%) grades in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and minimum ‘B’ (50-59%) grade in English are eligible to apply.

Number of Seats

The total number of seats for international students at the undergraduate level in each academic session is 16 (sixteen). However, a maximum of 5 (five) students can be admitted from a single country but not exceeding 4 (four) in any Department.

Submission of Application

The application must be submitted through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of The People’s Republic of Bangladesh. All documents regarding educational qualifications and 4 (four) copies of recently taken color photographs of the candidate should be included with the application form. After receiving the application(s), the Admission Committee will select the eligible candidate(s). However, the “Equivalence Committee” will determine the equivalence of educational qualifications if necessary. Candidates must mention the numerical conversion value of respective grades (if specified), and they must also mention the date of passing of the final examination in the conventional English style, i.e. A.D.

Tuition fees and other expenses

The tuition and additional costs for the undergraduate study for international students except those from SAARC countries are US$ 1000 (one thousand) only per regular term. However, the students of SAARC countries need to pay US$ 500 (five hundred) in each regular term of each academic session as admission/entry fees and the tuition fees, and other costs will be the same as that for the Bangladeshi students.

About the University of Dhaka

The University of Dhaka was established in 1921. This is the first university among the renowned universities of Bangladesh. This is the oldest university in Bangladesh. This is known as East Oxford. It is situated in Shahbagh of Dhaka. All the students of the university have to be associated with any hall as a residential/non-resident student. There are currently 21 residential halls for students. Apart from this, there is a separate hostel for students of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Business Administration Institute and international hostel for international students.
