I’ve read from others that turning off this stupid new matchmaking feature to have randoms join your solo private trials only prevents them from joining yours — it doesn’t stop you from being thrown into theirs. A few others said now people are being forced into Escalation trials. I play that solo bc I like the extremism. Idk if that’s true. If it is, wtf? This is officially the dumbest thing Red Barrels has forcefully implemented.

No, I don’t want to play a horror game with a total stranger showing up against my will. Why the push for multiplayer?? Let people play what they want, how they want.

why did 3 random players spontaneously enter the middle my private match?? I only play solo. 1 person suddenly showed up, then 2 more. ??? been playing since beta and this has never happened.

made it to escalation #25 (10hrs)… couldn’t find revive pills anywhere for 3 trials in a row. fucking dead and back to #1 because I got stuck on a pusher mf who was glitched in a door while the skinnerman drained my health in 2 seconds. amazing. :)
