If you are from the EU and haven't yet, please sign this petition to redirect subsidies the meat and dairy industries receive to much more environmentally friendly and less destructive plant alternatives!

Meat and dairy are incredibly wasteful and harmful industries that take up the largest part of agriculture subsidies of the EU at the moment, and they still are some of the most expensive products at the supermarket. Plant based alternatives, including cell meat, would be much more affordable and accessible if we redirected that money accordingly!

Who gives a fuck how social an animal is or how smart an animal is. All animals deserve to live, regardless of how any animal “measures up” to humans’ standards. It is no better to exploit one animal than it is to exploit any other animal. We need to stop thinking the whole fucking world and everything and everyone in it revolves around us.

i don’t argue with anti-vegans anymore because it does a disservice to myself to waste my time and energy on people who are so assured of their own superiority that they cannot and will not consider that others lives are just as important as their own.
