hello you incredible human being, I’d just like to say that, I know it’s said often and overused, but there are the bad times where it feels like someone is literally just pissing on you but I need you to remember that mental heath recovery is not linear, you need to allow yourself to find this new type of coping tough and you are doing so wonderful so far. I know I am an anon and do not know you personally but you deserve to let yourself have a breather, which sometimes results in sick day ❤
i knoooww it just feels like such a huge setback, it was never this bad and it frustrates me so much that even though im trying my best to work on it, i still get this low
