Currently watching: nothing at the moment, but finished hsmtmts, also known as the alphabet show, not too long ago and rewatching an occasional Abbott Elementary episode

Currently watching: nothing at the moment because I'm still processing the five months immersion in The X-Files universe. I'm rewatching random episodes to cope with the emptiness and waiting to be in the mood to watch something else again.

Current fic: I'm reading snakebitten by onpaperfirst - I love being in a "new old" fandom because there is so much to read!

Next on my watchlist: I haven't watched the second season of Good Omens yet, so maybe I'll watch that. Or Our Flag Means Death, that has been on my watchlist forever.

Random Lo’ak x Tsireya children!

As I was making this I realized that Metkayina society due to its sign language would be an interesting place for a deaf na’vi. I don’t know of hearing about an na’vi that are mute or deaf, but thought what if Lo’ak’s son was? Of course Lo’ak would at first worry his mixed Avatar genes caused his son to be deaf but ofc Tsireya would set him straight and reassure him that their is nothing wrong with their son and that he will be just as strong and loved by the people as if he could hear. Idk just a thought I had.

GRANDMOTHER Neytiri and Ziri. In my head Neytiri manages to venture back and salvage some of the remaining wood from home tree(I know RDA burned a good bit of the forest let me dream) and fashions a bow for Ziri and gifts it to her during her Metkayina coming of age ceremony, and had become part of the people. I haven’t done any intense research into what the Metkayina do for their coming of age ceremonies, but I’ll figure that out later.

Neytiri likes that her granddaughter has a desire to connect to her Omaticaya heritage so she feeds that fire as much as she can.

I imagine Ziri is around 18-20 here.

Also Na’vi practically don’t age like I high key expect at this time Mo’at still kicken’
